First Impressions

When I first pulled up to Villa Vitabel sea view in Lindos, I’ll be honest — the name pretty much says it all. The location is pretty spectacular, and I can see why couples rate it so highly for romantic getaways. You’re close enough to walk down into Lindos village (though it’s a bit of a hike back up), but far enough removed that you actually get some peace and quiet. The famous Acropolis is right there dominating the skyline, and you can wander down to the main beach or St. Paul’s Bay without much fuss. What I really appreciated was having that parking space — Lindos gets absolutely packed during peak season, and finding a spot down in the village can be a nightmare.

The Accommodation

The villa setup works really well if you want more space than a typical hotel room. You get that sea view they promise in the name, and it’s genuinely impressive — especially at sunset when the whole coastline lights up in these amazing colors. The rooms are comfortable without being fancy, but honestly, you’re not going to spend much time indoors anyway. I mean, when you’ve got that terrace and those views, why would you? The place feels more like staying at a friend’s house than a commercial property, which some people love and others might find a bit too low-key.

Activities & Amenities

There’s a swimming pool that’s perfect for cooling off during those scorching afternoon hours, and they’ve got ping-pong if you’re feeling competitive (though the view might be a bit distracting during your game). The real draw is obviously the beach access — you can easily walk down to the main Lindos beach or explore some of the smaller coves nearby. The whole area is great for swimming and snorkeling, and you’re right in the heart of one of Rhodes’ most photogenic spots. Just bring good walking shoes because those ancient cobblestone paths can be tricky.

  What could be improved: it was smaller than it looked in the pictures,
  the 3rd room was tiny with very small beds suitable for young children, my girls were 15& 17, very tight squeeze and mattresses uncomfortable & very narrow
  
  The living area inside was small and didn't really accommodate 6 people (adults)
  
  TV was very old and didn't have HDMI we wanted to connect our firestick to watch UK TV
  
  Not the property owners fault I believe but the water mains stopped working and didn't have water to the toilets/showers or sinks for 1.5 days which was a pain.

  The view from the Villa is breathtaking. The area is very quiet but only a short journey away from Lindos and Pefkos.
  
  What could be improved: The local taxis were quite expensive and due to the villas location, I would advise getting a car if you wish to explore.

  Die Lage ist für Ruhesuchende hervorragend,die Aussicht ebenso!
  Ausstattung im Innen und Aussenbereich ist sehr gut.
  Küche ist komplett eingerichtet

  Villa Vitabel è esattamente com'è in foto. Stupenda. È una struttura ubicata in una collina di fronte al mare. Per cui vi aspetta un panorama bellissimo. Poi provvista di ogni cosa. Ha 3 camere da letto. Un'ampia zona giorno. 3 bagni. E una stupenda piscina a sfioro da cui godersi il panorama. Ottima la pulizia . Si trova vicino lindos. Per cui con la macchina si raggiunge in pochi minuti .
  Abbiamo comunicato con i proprietari..i quali sono stati disponibili ad ogni richiesta.
  La consiglio vivamente per trascorrere in pieno relax il vostro soggiorno a Rodi.
