What caught my attention right away was how the place combines apartment-style living with fitness club amenities, creating this unique hybrid that actually works really well for travelers who want more than just a standard room.

Location & Getting Around

The location here is genuinely excellent — there’s a reason couples rate it 9.5 out of 10. You’re in Faliraki but away from the crazy party strip, so you get the best of both worlds. The beach is just a short walk down the hill, and I mean the good part of Faliraki beach where the water is crystal clear and you’re not dodging beach bars every few meters. Having your own parking spot (which is free, by the way) makes all the difference when you want to explore the island — you can easily drive to Lindos in about 15 minutes or head into Rhodes Old Town in roughly the same time.

The Apartment Experience

These aren’t hotel rooms in the traditional sense, they’re proper apartments with kitchenettes and living spaces. I actually appreciated having a fridge and basic cooking facilities, especially when you want to grab some local tomatoes and feta from the nearby shops and make a simple Greek salad. The spaces feel more like staying in a friend’s place than a sterile hotel room, with enough room to spread out your stuff without living out of a suitcase. The air conditioning works well too, which you’ll definitely need during those hot Rhodes afternoons.

  It was a really nice stay, stores and restaurants are close, 10-15 minutes walking distance, there is parking on the property. Also, the host was really nice, he helped us rent a car and gave us free access to the gym, they left extra supplies in the house. There was free wifi, smart tv, and two air conditioners. The kitchen was equipped and you can prepare food if needed and also have a cup of coffee.

  Rugalmas, segítőkész volt szállásadó, aki helyben lakik és dolgozik, így könnyen elérhető egész nap. Az apartman jól felszerelt, a parkolás egyszerű.

  Appartamento ben attrezzato e ben arredato, george è stato gentilissimo è disponibile per qualsiasi cosa, ci ha anche lasciato sostare in un’altro appartamento nel pomeriggio dato che avevamo il volo alla sera! Super gentile!
  
  What could be improved: L’unica piccolissima pecca del nostro appartamento in particolare è che la doccia, nonostante avesse il piatto, si riempiva d’acqua e doveva uscire da uno scolo bagnando anche il pavimento fuori dato anche il fatto che non c’era una tenda a limitare gli schizzi, per il resto tutto perfetto!

  We are very grateful to George and his wife for their hospitality and help in all matters! George is a very positive and kind person, he was always in touch and satisfied all our requests. The accommodation is very comfortable, beautiful, clean, it has everything you need for a holiday! Also George has a modern gym that you can use. It was convenient to get to the store, to the main street and the beach. Thank you very much for a pleasant stay!

  Wszystko potrzebne do wygodnego pobytu jest na miejscu (mikrofalówka, czajnik, ekspres do kawy, naczynia, sztućce, talerze…), wszystko w domku działa znakomicie (nawet netflix). Wszystkie drobne usterki George (gospodarz) z żoną usuwali natychmiast. Mieszkanie oddalone od centrum (sklepy, restauracje, dyskoteki) i plaży ok. 10 min. spacerkiem. Mieliśmy ciszę i spokój (tego chcieliśmy) oraz bardzo dobre miejsce do wyjazdów po wyspie, bo 100m od głównej drogi w Faliraki.

  We loved our apartment. It has everything you need for a perfect stay. Spotlessly clean, comfy bed, powerful shower, free parking & free use of George`s amazing gym (for guests)! A supermarket is just over the road. Faliraki beach & centre is no more than 10 minute walk away. We hired a car to see more of the island, because we`ve never been before. George is always available, if you need any help or advice. But not intrusive in any way.
  
  What could be improved: We wish we had seen GK Home 2 before we booked. It is even nicer, with its mezzanine bedroom and beautiful new shower room. Thanks for showing us George. We will be booking that one next time!

  Loved interior design and feeling, feild with olive trees behind back door and beautiful little garden upfront, with at least 5 different types of palm trees and more pleasing details. Amazing host, helpfull with everything but not intrusive in any way. And as a plus, he owns a gym next door which I was too lazy to use this time😏 but would definitely try the next🙂
