The property sits in the heart of Faliraki, and there’s something refreshingly straightforward about the whole setup. You know what really caught my attention? The fact that they actually respond quickly when you have questions, which sounds basic but you’d be surprised how many places in Greece operate on “island time” when it comes to communication.

Location & Neighborhood

The location here is genuinely excellent — couples rate it 9.0 for good reason. You’re right in Faliraki but not in the crazy party zone that some people worry about. I mean, you can walk to the beach easily, but you’re also close enough to the main strip for restaurants and nightlife without being kept awake by it. The street itself is pretty quiet, actually. What’s really nice is having free parking right on site — if you’re planning to explore Rhodes by car (which I’d recommend), this saves you a lot of headache and money.

The Studios

These are proper studios, not just hotel rooms with a mini-fridge thrown in. Each one has a decent kitchenette where you can actually prepare simple meals, which comes in handy when you want to grab fresh ingredients from the local markets. The spaces feel clean and functional — nothing fancy, but everything works as it should. The air conditioning is reliable (crucial in summer), and the bathrooms are modern enough. I particularly liked having a balcony where you can sit with your morning coffee and plan your day without rushing.

The staff’s quick response time isn’t just marketing speak either; when I had questions about local bus schedules and beach recommendations, they got back to me the same day with genuinely helpful information.

  The highlight of the place are the owners. Nicest people you’ll ever meet and will help you with anything you need. Very friendly! Amazing frappes too.
  
  The property was very clean, someone came and cleaned the room every other day which was ideal and fresh towels daily. The pool was clean and big enough for everyone to enjoy and lots of beds around the pool as well, some shaded and some in the sun.
  
  The vibe is lovely- chilled and lots of regulars when I was there and they were all very sweet as well.
  
  I was working remotely so wifi was hugely important to me – it was better than the wifi I have back home, so no complaints there. If you’re a remote worker, the pool and rooms have their own wifi so that’s great and lots of tables in the shade to work away.
  
  If you’re going for holidays it’s also within walking distance of bars and restaurants so you don’t need a car.
  
  I also went across the road to the local gym which was great! Fully equipped and nice people there as well.
  
  I liked it so much I plan to bring my friends next year to work remotely for a month 🙂

  This is the 4th time we’ve been to Gorgona and it’s the best place for a holiday! the rooms are clean and just what you need. The pool and bar area is stunning! The hospitality from the owners George and Tasos is fantastic! We feel so at home here!
