I could walk to the Palace of the Grand Master in maybe three minutes, and the harbor with all its waterfront restaurants was just as close. What really impressed me though was how easy it was to duck back here when the midday crowds got overwhelming — it became this perfect little retreat.

The Accommodation Experience

The rooms at Casa Fiore have character, which honestly can be hit or miss at smaller places, but they’ve nailed it here. Everything feels thoughtfully put together rather than just functional. The traditional elements — like the stone details and wooden accents — actually work with modern comforts instead of fighting against them. I particularly loved how quiet it was at night, despite being so central. You get proper rest here, which isn’t always guaranteed in the old town where sound can really carry between buildings.

Let me tell you about the parking situation, because if you’re driving in Rhodes (which honestly, I’d recommend for exploring the island), this is huge. Casa Fiore offers free parking, and you have no idea how much stress that eliminates. Finding parking in Rhodes Town can be absolutely maddening, especially during peak season. Having a guaranteed spot means you can actually use your car to explore places like Lindos or the butterfly valley without worrying about coming back to a parking nightmare.   The location of the property was great. It took only 3 minutes by car to get to the old town. The house provides everything that you may need as a person who is on holiday. There are well-thought details inside the house. Additionally, the balcony was amazing and very comfortable.

  You have everything in the apartment – from air fryer to beach towels. We could easily fly with empty suitcases, because everything you need is already in Casa Fiore. Guests are encouraged to leave spare staff for next travelers, which is a great idea.
  
  What could be improved: Although we enjoyed the complete privacy, the neighborhood does not really care about their neighbors. For instance, next to Casa Fiore is poorly maintained garden with bunch of cats and a dog smelling badly. We understand that this issue has nothing to do with a host, but sure there must be a way to make neighbors be more attentive.

  Location is superb with supermarket and fresh produce market around the corner. We walked to the Old Town easily. Home had everything we could need. Internet worked well.
  
  What could be improved: Given the small nature of the rooms, I think fewer decorations would have helped. For example in the upstairs bathroom, there was no need for flowers on the flood in front of the toilet. Since limited empty drawer space, we put much of our clothing on tables but even those had decorations on them .

  1)Good location, easy walk to the old town,
  2) Nice house full of many more items than what you would expect. E.g. beach towels, many appliances in the kitchen, lots of varieties of tea in kitchen cupboards, bath robes in the bedroom
  3) Open space in the front with nice plants and garden furniture
  4) Foldable large dining table which fits in the space when opened.

  What could be improved: Property was in a great location to explore the town. The kitchen was fully equipped including extra treats. The property was super clean and we could not fault it. Kim was fantastic and gave advice and help whenever we messaged! Quick responses and kindness throughout! I would recommend this property to explore Rhodes!

  Lovely compact townhouse in quiet residential area 10 minutes easy walk from Old Town. The house was superbly equipped with modern amenities, and a cool, relaxing vibe. The small but private garden space was lovely for relaxing into the evening. There were complementary drinks – wine, beer and more, as well as a whole range of food items – guests were encouraged to leave anything spare on leaving for other guests, rather than throw them away – a very good idea and saves on wastage. We only stayed here 1 night to experience the city, which was also great, but would happily have stayed much longer. Really was a perfect place from which to explore both Rhodes Old & New Town. A great choice – Thank you!
