When I first pulled up to White Passion in the Traganou area, I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect — the name had me curious, but the setting immediately put me at ease. This beachfront property sits in a quieter stretch between Afantou and the more touristy parts of Rhodes, and you know what? That’s exactly what makes it special. The owners clearly put thought into creating something intimate here, and it shows in every detail from the moment you arrive.

Location & Surroundings

The location is actually brilliant if you want to escape the crowds but still have access to everything. You’re right on the beach — I mean literally steps from the sand — but tucked away enough that it feels like your own private slice of the coast. There’s a golf course just down the road (maybe a ten-minute drive), which surprised me since I hadn’t expected to find decent golf on this part of the island. The staff mentioned that couples particularly love this spot, and after spending time here, I get it — there’s something romantic about having this stretch of coastline mostly to yourselves.

The Experience

What struck me most was how responsive the team is here. I had a question about local restaurants after I’d already checked in, and they got back to me within minutes with not just names but actual recommendations based on what I’d mentioned liking. The beachfront access is the real draw though — you can literally roll out of bed and be on the sand in under a minute. They’ve got darts set up for when you want a break from the sun, which sounds random but actually works perfectly for those lazy afternoon moments when you’re not quite ready to head back to your room.

Practical Details

The free parking situation is worth mentioning because it’s genuinely convenient — you’re not circling around looking for a spot or paying daily fees like at some places. If you’re planning to explore the island (and you should), having your car right there makes spontaneous trips to places like Lindos or the Seven Springs much easier. The whole setup feels more like staying at a friend’s place than a typical hotel, which I mean in the best possible way.

Why Guests Love It

Honestly, it’s the combination of that beachfront location and the personal attention that makes White Passion work so well. You get the feeling that the owners actually care about whether you have a good time, not just whether you check out on schedule. The 9.6 rating makes sense when you experience how they handle the little things — like knowing which beach spots get the best morning light or which tavernas in Afantou village are worth the short walk. It’s not trying to be something it’s not, just a really well-run place where you can actually relax and feel connected to this beautiful part of Rhodes.

  Villa was fully equipped with everything we needed and more.
  Host was helpful and provided any infonwe asked for.
  The area is great with lots of possibilities in a 5 km walk such as water sports, hiking, awesome bays, rock climbing and bouldering,
  Very nice pool in villa and big yard for kids to play around.
  I recommend this villa whole heartedly.

  First of all, a big thank you to our landlord Thomas, who patiently answered all our questions. The apartment was exactly as we expected. The location is remote and requires a car or similar means of transportation. Of course we know that when making a reservation. Thomas provided us with a taxi number, and the driver was able to arrange rides for us all week. As a suggestion for improvement, the apartment could have an “information packet” with common details like the Wi-Fi password and the taxi service number.
  
  What could be improved: The bicycles available at the apartment need maintenance.

  Outdoor area is great.Plenty of shade.
  Pool was lovely,warm and very clean.
  Location is very good.The beach is 5 mins away,it's a great beach with watersports.I would highly recommend this villa,you won't be disappointed.Its very peaceful and relaxing in the surrounding area.You need a car but its one straight road to get to lindos or rhodes old town,both about 30 mins away.The owners are great and always reply to any questions immediately.👍👌😁

  Nice welcoming and saying goodbye from host.
  Host also was really helpful with all of questions as well.
  I also recommend their restaurant in Faliraki (Mousikorama), 5 km away from Villa.

  From the beginning, we communicated super well with the host Thomas. The house is very clean and the garden is big with all you need for perfect holidays. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a big living room and open kitchen. the beach is literally 4min walk from the house. The host left towels for us with soap and everything! he even brought a gift for our last day!

  What could be improved: too bad the house is not walking distance from a small market – a car is a must!
  
  one small idea maybe is just to leave a bottle of water for when guests arrive ( thanks again for the wine!!)

  It was an amazing experience, the place is beautiful and has an awesome location. The best part was that the owner of the villa is
  super nice and so easy going. For example we needed to get from the villa to the rental shop and for free he came special for us and drove us to the place for free
  !We would totally go back again

  Beautiful and very well equipped villa. The pool was wonderful and we loved our little walk to the beach each morning. Easy drive to Falaraki 10 mins away if you want nightlife or a sandy beach. The beach at the end of the road by the villa is pebbles.
  The owners were fantastic and even drove over from Rhodes when I locked myself out.
  
  What could be improved: Located by dual carriageway so location wasn’t great for walking to restaurants but we had a car.
