You know what hit me first about Villa Piccolo Paradiso? The name actually makes sense – it really is like finding this little slice of paradise tucked away in Gennadi. I mean, Gennadi itself isn’t exactly on every tourist’s radar (which is honestly part of its charm), but this place manages to feel both secluded and perfectly positioned at the same time.

The villa sits in this quiet residential area where you can actually hear the cicadas in the evening instead of traffic noise. When I first pulled up, I was a bit worried about parking – you know how these Greek coastal towns can be – but there’s decent space, and the owners clearly thought about these practical things. Check-in was refreshingly personal too; none of that sterile hotel desk experience. The host actually knew the area well enough to give me directions to this little taverna down by the old church that I never would have found otherwise.

What really sets this place apart though is how it captures that authentic Greek island feeling without making you sacrifice comfort. The rooms have this lovely Mediterranean simplicity – white walls, natural textures, those shutters that actually keep the afternoon sun out (trust me, you’ll appreciate this in July). I loved waking up to the smell of wild herbs drifting in from the hillside, and honestly, the 10 rating makes total sense once you experience the attention to detail. Everything from the locally-sourced breakfast ingredients to the way they’ve positioned the terrace to catch the evening breeze – it’s clear someone who actually lives here designed this experience.

Gennadi beach is just a short walk down the hill, and here’s something most people don’t realize – it’s one of the longest stretches of sand on Rhodes, but because it’s on the southeastern coast, it stays relatively uncrowded even in peak season. The villa’s location means you get easy access to both the beach and the traditional village center, where there’s this wonderful bakery that opens ridiculously early (around 6 AM) and sells these incredible spinach pies. Plus, if you’re into exploring, you’re actually perfectly positioned for day trips – Lindos is about 20 minutes south, and you can reach some of the island’s best hiking trails without dealing with the crowds from Rhodes town.

I’ll be honest, this isn’t the place if you want a bustling resort atmosphere or nightlife at your doorstep. But if you’re looking for that perfect balance of authentic Greek hospitality, genuine relaxation, and a base for exploring the less touristy side of Rhodes, Villa Piccolo Paradiso delivers exactly what it promises. The kind of place where you find yourself planning your return visit before you’ve even checked out.

  Beautiful villa with amazing surroundings and great views! The establishment was well equipped and had everything we needed. Clean, quiet, spacious, with new furniture (as shown in photos) close to Gennadi village center 5(min) walk and about 10 minutes drive to Lindos village. Check in was easy. Thank you Christina for your help. Will be back definitely!!

  Η τοποθεσία και η θέα προς τη θάλασσα ήταν υπέροχη!!!Ο κήπος ήταν ανθισμένος ή πισίνα πεντακάθαρη και τα υπνοδωμάτια πλήρως ανακαινισμένα με έπιπλα που προσφέρουν άνεση στον ύπνο!!!🔝🔝🔝Ο υπόλοιπος χώρος κουζίνα σαλόνι τραπεζαρία εντελώς καινούργια!!Ειναι σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση απο το χωριό Γεννάδι όπου κανείς βρίσκει τα πάντα φρέσκα για διατροφή!!Ο οικοδεσπότης κύριος Δημήτρης παρά πολύ εξηπηρετικος και φιλικος!!Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα σε οποιοδήποτε θέλει να επισκεφθεί τη περιοχή του Γενναδίου!

  Η βίλα βρισκόταν σε υπέροχη τοποθεσία ,με όμορφη θέα και λίγα λεπτά από τη θάλασσα. Ο χώρος ήταν άνετος, καθαρός, ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Άριστη σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής.
  Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα!

  La Villa è veramente meravigliosa! Gli arredamenti nuovi e moderni, le camere da letto molto comode e dai loro balconi si vede il mare, e il sorgere del sole!
  Il giardino molto grande pieno di fiori e alberi. Le piscine molto pulite come la Villa e il luogo intorno. Nell Villaggio ci sono molti negozi dove si puo trovare tutto per cucinare e specialmente un forno con pane e dolci freschi. Nelle Taverne del Paese si passano delle serate tranquille, gustando le spec.Greche ascoltando la Musica.
  Le spiaggie sono molto vicine , pulite e senza molta gente.
  Grazie al Signor Demetrio, il Propretario, molto disponibile, che ci ha dato dei consigli per passare delle piacevoli vacanze.
  Di sicuro ci ritorneremo !!!!!!!

  Ασφαλής περιοχή, υπέροχο περιβάλλον, πανέμορφες παραλίες χωρίς πολυκοσμία και εκπληκτικές παροχές για μια τέλεια διαμονή στην βίλλα.
  Η επίπλωση εντελώς καινούργια σε όλους τους χώρους.Η πισίνα πεντακάθαρη με άνετους γύρο χώρους,και αθλητικές εγκαταστάσεις για διασκέδαση μικρών καί μεγάλων.

  Η τοποθεσια του καταλυμματος ηταν εκπληκτικη
  Η βιλα πληρως ανακαινισμενη οπως και η επιπλωση
  Υπεροχος κηπος με λουλουδια που μυριζαν υπεροχα
  Πεντακαθαρη πισινα . Το βραδυ μπορεις να περασεις πολυ ωραια στο χωριο με ωραια μαγαζια φαγητο ακριβως διπλα απο την βιλα και η θεα της ανατολης του ηλιου ειναι μαγευτικη
