You know what? I wasn’t expecting much when I first pulled up to Venezia Luxury Living Villas – honestly, the name sounds a bit over the top, doesn’t it? But this place in Faliraki’s Choriti area actually surprised me. It’s tucked away from the main strip where all the party hotels cluster, which means you get that peaceful vibe without being completely cut off from everything. The Choriti neighborhood is sort of this sweet spot where you’ll find more Greek families and fewer British stag parties, if you know what I mean.

The villas themselves have this Mediterranean charm that doesn’t feel forced – white walls, blue accents, you get the picture, but it’s done tastefully. What I really appreciated was the space; these aren’t your typical cramped hotel rooms. The living areas actually feel livable, and the kitchenettes are properly equipped (I mean, you can actually cook something more substantial than instant noodles). The pools are what really sold me though – each villa cluster has its own, so you’re not fighting for loungers at 7 AM like some resort refugee. The water’s kept perfectly clean, and there’s enough shade if you’re like me and turn lobster-red after twenty minutes in the Greek sun.

Location-wise, you’re about a ten-minute walk to Faliraki’s main beach, which is perfect because you avoid the early morning construction noise that seems to plague every beachfront property in Rhodes. The staff here genuinely seem to care – not in that overly rehearsed way, but more like they actually want you to have a good time. Check-in was smooth, they helped sort out a rental car situation, and when the air conditioning started making weird noises one evening, someone was up to fix it within the hour. The 8.9 rating makes sense once you’ve stayed here; it’s not trying to be the Ritz, but for what it is – a solid, comfortable base for exploring Rhodes – it really delivers. Plus, parking is included and actually adequate, which anyone who’s driven around Greek islands will tell you is worth its weight in gold.

  The villa was fantastic. More outdoor space than we've ever had at holiday villas in the past.
  
  There is a great view across Falaraki and the sea. We woke up early every morning to watch the sunrise from the lower terrace.
  
  The beds are extremely comfortable.

  The outdoor cooking/bar area was the highlight of the villa. Outdoor fridge, BBQ, sink, WC and bar. We even brought a projector with us to watch films outside in the evening. There is a conveniently placed wall that works great for a screen.
  
  The staff are fantastic. Always friendly and helpful.
  
  What could be improved: The taxis on the island are expensive. It cost €10.50 to go the 2 mile journey into Falaraki but there is a free shuttle service from the hotel to the beach.
  
  It would have been nice if there was a sofa on the balcony.

  the property was truly beautiful.

  Villa itself was nice and spacious.

  Mehr als großzügiger Aussenbereich, mit Blick über die Dächer von Faliraki, bis hin zum Meer!!!
  Großer Pool mit drei kleinen Wasserfällen an der Wand zum Nachbarhaus, genügend Liegen, Esstisch, Outdoor-Sofa, Sitzsäcke, Hängeschaukel, Grill, alles da, was das Herz begehrt. Perfekt!
  Im Inneren ebenso weitläufiger Wohnbereich mit offener Küche, anschl. großem Esstisch.
  Sofaecke genauso groß, mit Blick auf Terrasse,
  bzw. Pool.
  Im Obergeschoss eine fast zuu große Terrasse, mit noch besseren Blick aufs Meer, incl. Rundsofa, kleiner Sitzecke und einem Whirlpool!
  Nachteil des WP, er lässt sich nicht ausschalten und die Geräusche stören nachts bei geöffneter Schlafzimmertür, bzw. Fenster, wenn man keine Klimaanlagen mag.
  Bad ist räumlich auch großzügig gestaltet, es ist jedoch keine einzige Steckdose vorhanden!
  Der Wasserstrahl der Dusche könnte einen Ticken kräftiger sein.
  Schlafzimmer eher klein, im Verhältnis zur restlichen Wohn- und Aussenflächen. Aber dennoch genügend Platz, auch im Schrank, vorhanden.
  Bedauerlicherweise hat das zweite Schlafzimmer nur Stockbetten, so dass dass Haus eher nur für Familien mit Kindern geeignet ist. Für zwei Paare eher unpraktisch. Und für ein Pärchen eigentlich zu groß 😉
  Versorgung mit Lebensmittel gut möglich, da Supermarkt, und gegenüberliegende Bäckerei, direkt am Ende der Straße (ca. 900 m) zu Faliraki!
  
  What could be improved: Im Bad war leider ein bisweilen sehr unangenehmer Geruch aus dem Abfluss.

  Stor yta, både inne och ute! Flera olika lounge möjligheter! Uteköket och bubbelpoolen var ”det lilla extra”.
  
  What could be improved: Hade önskat lite städmaterial (sopborste o golvmopp) så vi kunnat hålla snyggt under tiden vi bodde där! Kanske lite mer köksutrustning för grill o matlagning.
