You know what caught me off guard about Tsambikos Apts? It’s actually tucked away on this quiet side street – Apollonos – which means you’re literally a two-minute walk from all the Faliraki action but far enough back that you’re not dealing with drunk tourists stumbling past your window at 3 AM. I mean, that’s pretty much the holy grail when you’re staying in a party town like Faliraki.

The place has this relaxed, family-run vibe that you don’t always get with apartment-style accommodations. Honestly, the 9.7 rating makes sense once you’ve been there – it’s one of those spots where someone clearly gives a damn about the details. The apartments themselves are surprisingly spacious (and I say surprisingly because Greek island accommodations can be… well, cozy), with actual kitchenettes that you’d want to use, not just the sad mini-fridge situation you sometimes get. The balconies are decent too – not massive, but big enough for your morning coffee and people-watching. What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays at night, even during peak summer when Faliraki gets absolutely mental with the club crowds.

Location-wise, you’re golden here. Walk down toward the main strip and you’ll hit all the beach bars and that whole scene, but if you want the good stuff – I’m talking about the path up to Tsambikos Beach – it’s right there. Most people don’t realize that the monastery hike starts basically around the corner, and honestly, that sunrise view is worth getting up early for (which, let’s be real, might happen naturally if you’re out late in Faliraki anyway). The local tavernas that actually serve decent food instead of tourist trap garbage are within walking distance too – there’s this little place that does amazing souvlaki that you’d never find unless you wander off the main drag. Parking isn’t a nightmare either, which anyone who’s driven around Greek islands in summer will tell you is a minor miracle. The whole setup just works – you get the apartment independence, the location benefits, and that personal touch that makes a 4-star place feel like it’s punching above its weight. It’s the kind of spot where you actually want to hang out at your accommodation instead of just crashing there between beach days.

  The whole Tsambikos complex is excellent. Our seaview room was clean, spacious, and well equipped. The location was perfect for us with a lovely, quiet little beach alongside and in a great position to explore the island. The Tsambikos family looked after us very well. You could tell they had great pride in the complex, and they did everything they could to make our stay a pleasant one. We will miss the beachside breakfasts freshly cooked by Merpa and her team each morning, particularly the bowls of granola, fruit, and yoghurt, lovely!

  Big thank you to Tsambikos Family for such a nice and warm stay a d for your care about us!!
  Amazing people, great location (1st line, the beach is right there, and it is a bit away from the center which is good for those who are searching for a calmer place) clean and comfortable rooms, vety delicious food in the restaurant and beach bar.
  But again the main hightlighr of our stay is Tsambikos family who are surrounding you with care and warmth and were ready to help any time we needed anything, even more- anticipating all needs proactively.
  Definitely a place to stay at.

  Loved the location! We were right on the beach with access to a lovely cafe for breakfast and a great restaurant for dinner. Lovely views of the sea from our window. The host was very welcoming and often asked if we needed anything. He was happy to give us advice on where to eat etc.

  Everything! It is a magical place with very kind staff. Our room was very comfortable and very clean with a beautiful sea view. The family who owns the business is helping you with all your wishes. The location was perfect for us as near to the town (10 minutes walk) but very quiet place in the night. The beach offers everything you need but not crowded, really magical place. It is a clear recommendation!

  Great spacious apartment, great beach and wonderful delicious food at the restaurant. Nearby supermarkets. Cleaning everyday. Hosts gave you family feeling, with good vibes and gifts. Really lovely accommodation!

  I travelled to Rhodes from the nearby island of kasos for four days because of a beautiful girl I had just met and wanted to visit her. I didn’t have accommodations on the way to the island so i took a leap of faith and booked the suite at Tsambikos complex for four days online. The pictures online looked amazing and it had a very high rating. I can’t find words to describe the hospitality and love we were treated with for the whole duration of our stay! The suite was immaculate, the view was breathtaking and the hosts, Stamatis and his wife, are now friends for life. Every morning at 6 am you get to see the sun rise laying down on the beautiful sofas that are placed on the balcony and every night the moon is right above you accompanied by a million stars reflected on the water. The beach is 20 meters from the apartments and the food at the tavern is to die for!

  We stayed at Tsambikos apartments for a week and I have to say everything was perfect since our arrival. We have been welcomed by Stamatis and his family which also offered us a drink and introduced us to the most attractive places in Rhodes!! The two bedroom apartment we were staying was very comfy and clean. In front of the building there were the family restaurant and bar, with exceptional food and cocktails! Also the nearby beach was well equipped and very relaxing. I would definitely recommend spending some times here and try the best traditional food in Rhodes!!
