Look, I’ve stayed at plenty of places in Rhodes, and Traditional Lindian Suites honestly surprised me in the best way. You know that moment when you pull up somewhere and think “okay, this might actually be good”? That’s exactly what happened here. The location on Eparcheiaki Odos Lardou-Lindou puts you close enough to Lindos village that you can walk to the acropolis without breaking a sweat, but far enough out that you’re not dealing with the tourist chaos at all hours. I mean, you can actually sleep past 7 AM without hearing groups gathering for sunrise photos – which, trust me, is a blessing if you’ve ever stayed right in the village center.

What really got me was how they’ve managed to keep that traditional Greek island feel without skimping on comfort. The suites have this lovely stone-and-white aesthetic that doesn’t feel forced or Instagram-fake, you know? And honestly, the beds are proper comfortable – not those rock-hard mattresses you sometimes get in family-run places. The kitchenettes are actually useful too, which matters when you want to grab fresh stuff from the local market instead of eating out every single meal. Speaking of which, there’s a little grocery spot about a five-minute walk down the road that most tourists never find, but the hotel staff will point you toward it if you ask. The pool area gets gorgeous light in the late afternoon, and it’s quiet enough that you can actually hear the cicadas – sounds cheesy, but it’s one of those details that makes you remember why you came to Greece in the first place.

The thing that really sets this place apart though is the staff actually knowing the area. Like, properly knowing it, not just the standard tourist recommendations. They pointed me toward this tiny taverna in Lardos (about ten minutes by car) where the locals eat, and it ended up being one of my best meals on the island. The 9.1 rating makes total sense when you experience that kind of genuine hospitality. Sure, it’s not luxury resort fancy – the WiFi can be spotty in some rooms, and don’t expect a full-service spa or anything like that. But if you want that sweet spot between authentic Greek island experience and actual comfort, without paying resort prices, this is your place. Just book early if you’re planning a summer visit because word’s getting out, and honestly, I’d rather keep this one as my little secret.

  The room was modern, comfortable, clean & presentable and as shown in the photos. We were very happy with our accommodation. Communication was great. Really enjoyed our Lindos stay.
  
  What could be improved: There was no basic things like oil, salt & pepper or paper towel. It is at the top of Lindos so a very steep walk up, we were totally ok with that but it's something to be aware of if mobility is an issue or you have prams or small children.

  Hotel is situated very close to lindos center, it is in the middle of the lindos and st paul's bay.,
  
  There are 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms, It is quite spacious. It is better value if you are a big family 4-5 people
  
  Close to a parking space, it was easy to get there by taxi/transfer.
  
  What could be improved: Be aware of a very steep climb back to hotel, especially if you have a kid with stroller, it becomes quite difficult, especially with extreme heat.
  
  The bar next door can be playing loud music during night, they ended around 1 am.
  
  We had limited interaction with the owner, therefore we didn't manage to get any recommendations and local tips, you are pretty much on your own:)

  I think we hit the jackpot with this one! Fabulous location in a beautiful town. The most comfortable beds we had ever slept in too 😊 We arrived in the middle of a heat wave and the house was ready for us with very welcoming cool rooms. Lindos is a stunning location, a spectacular greek town steeped in history. We had a beautiful view of the acropolis from our villa, and a short 2 minute walk to the heart of the town, and then onto the sea and the most enjoyable swims in St Paul's Bay and the town beach. We couldn't recommend this place highly enough.

  If you dont have a car then this is the best choice. The location is just perfect. You have a crazy view to the castle and an amazing balcony to enjoy a glass of wine. The house is very big for two people and the bed is extremely comfortable. I think is the best room I have ever stayed in.
  
  What could be improved: I didnt like that the next morning the cleaning woman came to the house to change the towels and she opened the door without to knock first or to ask. It is very annoying.

  Large property and is very strategically located. The suite is very clean and spacious. Ideal for a family vacation in Lindos.
  
  Bonus tip: you get to watch the sunrise with a stunning view of the Lindos Acropolis right from the doorsteps.
  
  What could be improved: Interacted with 3 different people to get into the property for check in…
