You know what? I wasn’t expecting much when I first pulled up to Tinas Plus Hotel in Faliraki – honestly, the name doesn’t exactly scream luxury. But this place actually surprised me in all the right ways. It’s tucked into a spot where you’re close enough to hear the buzz from the main strip (which, let’s be real, can get pretty wild during peak season), but far enough back that you can actually sleep at night without earplugs.

The whole setup feels like someone put real thought into what travelers actually need. I mean, the rooms aren’t going to win any design awards, but they’re properly comfortable – decent air conditioning that doesn’t sound like a jet engine, and the beds are firm enough that you won’t wake up feeling like you wrestled with a marshmallow all night. What really got me was the attention to small stuff. The shower pressure is actually good (you’d be shocked how rare that is in some Greek hotels), and there’s enough power outlets that you don’t have to choose between charging your phone and using the hair dryer. The balconies face different directions depending on your room, so if you’re lucky, you’ll catch some gorgeous sunset views over the hills behind Faliraki.

The location works really well if you know the area – you’re maybe a ten-minute walk to Anthony Quinn Bay, which honestly beats the crowded main beach any day of the week. The staff here seem to get that most people are using this as a base to explore Rhodes rather than just lounging around the pool all day. They’re genuinely helpful with local tips, not just pushing the tourist trap restaurants. I picked up some great recommendations for tavernas up in the old town that I never would have found otherwise. The breakfast spread is solid too – nothing fancy, but fresh bread, decent coffee, and they actually change up the hot options instead of serving the same sad scrambled eggs every single day. During the shoulder seasons (May and late September are sweet spots), this place has a really relaxed vibe where you can actually enjoy the common areas without fighting for pool chairs. The 8.6 rating makes sense when you consider it’s delivering exactly what a good 4-star should – reliable comfort without the pretense or the inflated prices you get closer to Rhodes town.

  Everything was excellent. Great location – just a 10-minute walk to the sea. There is parking available if needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. A quiet, private hotel with new, clean rooms. Daily room cleaning. Very comfortable bed and convenient facilities. Pool.

  We recently stayed at Tina’s Plus Hotel in Faliraki and had an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how beautiful and well-maintained the place looked. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful every time we interacted with them – truly some of the best service we’ve had.
  
  The facilities were in great condition, and the rooms, while simple, were very clean and comfortable – exactly what we needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast buffet was a standout: there was a large variety of food to choose from, and the staff constantly kept it well-stocked. Nothing was ever empty, and everything tasted fresh.
  
  We definitely recommend Tina’s Plus Hotel to anyone visiting Rhodes, and we’ll absolutely be staying here again the next time we’re back!

  We arrived at the hotel at 9:00 (AM) after a flight, and they allowed all four of us to eat breakfast without any additional charge, even that we were supposed to check in only at 15:00.
  The hotel is very clean – the rooms, the lobby, the pool area and the pool.
  The staff helped with every request we had, and always with a smile.
  Also, the bar prices are great!
  
  What could be improved: We took relatively new rooms, so in one of our rooms the toilet's door was still missing, but we didn't mind about it. I'm sure that if we would tell the staff they would find a solution.
