You’re about a 20-minute drive from some of the island’s best beaches, but the real magic happens right here in the village. I mean, where else can you walk to family-run wineries and taste wines that have been made the same way for generations? Couples seem to get this — the location scores incredibly high with romantic travelers, and I can see why.

The Apartment Experience

The apartment itself surprised me with how thoughtfully it’s been designed. Everything feels fresh and modern, but not in that sterile way that makes you afraid to touch anything. The kitchen is actually functional — I’m talking full-size appliances and enough counter space to prepare a proper meal with ingredients from the village market. The living area opens up nicely, and there’s this sense of space that you don’t always get in island accommodations. The views from Theros Lux Apartment are something else entirely. You’re looking out over terraced vineyards and olive groves that stretch down toward the coast, with the Aegean glittering in the distance on clear days. Mornings here are particularly special — the air is crisp and clean, scented with wild herbs from the hillsides. I found myself spending way more time on the terrace than I’d planned, just soaking in that mountain quiet. It’s the kind of place where you actually hear birds singing instead of traffic, which feels pretty rare these days.

  It’s an incredible place, genuinely 10/10. Great locations for hiking and relaxing. Super nice and helpful host. Lots of little details thought of. Friendly locals. Great wine and restaurants in the village, there was plenty of stuff open in mid April when we stayed.

  Pleasant and fast service. Replenishment of the refrigerator when necessary. Very professional trust gifts oriented to customs and tasting. The location is very convenient, as many beautiful places are within easy reach. Air conditioners in all rooms provide comfort. The large terrace is a great place for breakfast.

  Everything was more than we expected! From the welcoming of the owner to little details prepared around the house! Incredible view of sunset and very nice neighborhood! We are most grateful for always helping us in whatever needed🥰. Thank you for helping us with turning on the car and always replying so fast! 😍 We were thinking about all inclusive hotel or this stay in the mountains and we were so glad we chose this stay!😍 (the photos are when we left)
