You know what caught me off guard about The Sisters Villa? I honestly expected another cookie-cutter place when I first pulled up to Piadoulia in Kalithies, but this spot actually has some serious character. The building itself sits in this quiet residential area where you can hear the neighbors chatting on their terraces in the evenings – it’s that kind of authentic Greek neighborhood vibe that most tourists never get to experience. And the 9.8 rating isn’t just inflated review nonsense; after staying here, I get it.

The thing about Kalithies is that it’s close enough to Rhodes town (maybe 15 minutes by car) but far enough out that you’re not dealing with cruise ship crowds stumbling past your window at midnight. The villa owners – and I mean this in the best way – are clearly perfectionists about the small stuff. My room had this gorgeous view of the surrounding hills, and the morning light streaming through those traditional shutters was honestly Instagram-worthy, though I’m not usually that person. The beds are properly comfortable (not those rock-hard European mattresses you sometimes get), and the bathroom actually had decent water pressure, which… well, anyone who’s traveled around the Greek islands knows that’s not always a given.

What really sold me on this place, though, was how the staff seemed to genuinely care about the local area. When I mentioned wanting to find a good taverna that wasn’t touristy, they didn’t just point me toward the obvious spots – they actually drew me a little map to this family-run place about ten minutes away where I had some of the best moussaka of my entire trip. The parking situation is totally manageable too, which is more than I can say for a lot of places in this part of Rhodes. I mean, you’re not exactly in the middle of nowhere, but you’re tucked away enough that it feels peaceful. During the day you might hear some activity from the main road, but by evening it gets properly quiet – perfect for sitting on the terrace with a glass of wine and actually relaxing. If you’re looking for that sweet spot between authentic Greek hospitality and genuine comfort (without paying resort prices), The Sisters Villa is honestly one of those rare finds that makes you want to keep it secret.

  The place was brilliantly clean
  Equipped with all the things necessary for family living
  The pool was well maintained
  Tina welcomed us warmly with lots of information regarding activities, restaurants and recommendations.

  This villa is perfect. The location is quiet and secluded, passing cars were not an issue or in view. The pool is very well maintained and regularly treated and kept clean. The pool is a good size and one depth throughout @ 1.3m. The jacuzzi section of the pool was equally comfortable and a nice area to sit with a book. There are steps into the pool making it easy to get in/out. The outside area is spacious and has plenty of seating either in the shade or the sun. The outside is modern and the very best care has been taken when planning the layout and picking the furniture. The villa is equally spacious, modern, clean and has home from home conveniences. The decor throughout was homely, all rooms are a good size and very clean. The beds are comfortable with foam mattresses and both bedrooms have plenty of storage. There is a main bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, plus a separate toilet and sink room. The bedrooms have doors to the outside area and all windows and doors have shutters on the outside which not only makes it super safe but also helps keep the sun/light out during the early mornings. There is a laundry room with a washing machine which came in very useful. The aircon throughout is very good too.
  The location is ideal but a car is recommended. We walked to Falaraki and it took about 25mins. Rhodes old town is about 20 mins by car and Lindos about 40mins. The villa comes with a secure driveway and electric door.
  Above everything else, the host, Tina was AMAZING! She greeted us upon arrival and offered us drinks, gave us some info about the surrounding areas and pointed us towards a shop open to 1am. Tina also shared her number before our arrival and was on hand during the two weeks for any questions we had, The service was exceptional and Tina went above and beyond to help us.

  Arriving at the villa, we were greeted by Tanya who was very welcoming and super nice. She explained to us about the villa and its facilities. The villa is equipped with everything you need and more. We had a lot of questions and Tanya always helped and answered with wonderful patience. The villa is very clean and everything is made to the best of standards. Excellent and quiet location minutes away from the center.

  Very nice house with a great swimming pool and outside area.
  Full equiped kitchen with everything you need available.
  Location good, close to Faliraki/Afandou and 5 min from the ocean.
  Restaurants, supermarket, bakery, kiosk all in walking distance from the house.
  The host Tina is amazing, very friendly, gives a lot of information and is always available when needed.
  
  What could be improved: Location of the house is next to a (semi busy road), but for us it was not a issue during our stay.
  The bathroom and shower is not so modern. A rain shower should be the minimum for such a nice and modern house. Price/quality the bathroom is the only thing that could be better.
  Outside shower should also be nice.

  Es war sehr sauber und es war wirklich alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Auch das willkommensgeschenk der Vermieter (Flasche Wein, Grundgetränke und Gebäck) war sehr schön. Das Haus mit Pool bietet alles war wir als Familie benötigt haben.

  Es war unser 11. Urlaub auf Rhodos und eins der schönsten Ferienhäuser bisher. Es war sehr sauber und modern. Die Ausstattung des Haus war sehr gut und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der wunderschöner Außenbereich lädt zum Entspannen ein. Der Pool war sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohlfühlt. Wir möchten Tina für ihre herzliche Art und die Tipps danken.
