Look, I’ve stayed in a lot of places in Rhodes Town, and The Rhodes Marina Apartment honestly caught me off guard – in the best way possible. You know that feeling when you walk into a place and immediately think “okay, this is way nicer than the photos suggested”? That’s exactly what happened here. The location on Lazarou Tiliakou puts you right in this sweet spot where you’re close enough to hear the gentle hum of the marina (which is actually pretty soothing at night), but far enough from the main tourist chaos that you can actually get some sleep.

What really gets me about this place is how they’ve nailed the details that most hotels completely miss. The apartment setup means you’ve got proper space to spread out – I mean, after a day of wandering around the medieval city walls, you want somewhere to actually relax, not just collapse on a tiny bed. The kitchen situation is legit too, which matters more than you’d think when you’re staying longer than a couple nights. I picked up some of those incredible tomatoes from the morning market near Mandraki Harbor and actually enjoyed making breakfast instead of hunting for overpriced hotel coffee. The whole vibe feels more like borrowing a local friend’s really nice place than staying in some sterile accommodation.

Honestly, the 9.7 rating makes total sense once you’ve been there. The staff – well, they actually seem to care about whether you’re having a good time, which sounds basic but you’d be surprised how rare that is. They gave me the real scoop on which tavernas the locals actually eat at (hint: not the ones right by the Palace of the Grand Masters), and when to hit the beach at Elli to avoid the cruise ship crowds. The whole area around there gets pretty lively in the evenings, but it’s more authentic Greek social energy than drunken tourist mayhem – you’ll hear families chatting on balconies and that sort of thing. Parking can be a bit of an adventure in Rhodes Town generally, but they sorted that out without me even having to stress about it. I’d definitely go back, and I’m pretty picky about these things. It’s one of those places where you end up extending your stay because leaving feels like a mistake.

  I have never seen a better stocked place in all my years self-catering. It had everything you need and the milk, bread, cheese wine, tea, coffee atc etc was such that there was no need to go shopping until the following g evening.
  
  What could be improved: The single bed mattress could have been more comfortable. Beach towels would be good. These would be a bonus but it's not a complaint

  ev çok temiz ve düzenliydi. Ayrıca ev sahibi tarafından yapılan ikram jestine çok sevindik. Tekrar Rodos'a gelsem aynı yerde kalırım.

  Świetnie wyposażony apartament. 5 minut spacerem do plaży i 25-30 minut spacerem do średniowiecznego miasta Rodos. Blisko do restauracji i sklepów. Właściciel dba, aby goście czuli się jak w domu. Butelka wina i lokalne przysmaki czekały na nas w lodówce. Łatwe samodzielne zameldowanie. Apartament jest dokładnie taki jak na zdjęciach. Bardzo nam się podobało.

  Κύριε Άρη το ευχαριστώ είναι λίγο για τη διαμονή μας στο κατάλυμα σας. Καταρχήν με το που μπαίνεις μέσα νιώθεις ότι είναι φτιαγμένο με αγαπη, πολύ καθαρό, είναι σαν να μένεις πραγματικα στο σπίτι σου, δεν του λείπει απολύτως τίποτα. Η τοποθεσία όπου βρίσκεται είναι η κατάλληλη για να είσαι σε 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο στην παλιά πόλη. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα για οικογένειες. Κύριε Άρη η ευγένεια σας και η καλοσύνη σας σας χαρακτηρίζει ως έναν εξαιρετικό οικοδεσπότη. Ελπίζω να καταφέρουμε να επιστρέψουμε σύντομα στο όμορφο νησί σας!!!

  Очень чисто , есть все необходимое , прям все предусмотрено , ребенку поставили детскую кроватку , на кухне есть вся посуда и техника. Хозяева помогали с заказом такси , а также любезно разрешили выселиться чуть позже. Апартаменты достаточно новые

  Je recommande l'appartement qui est très bien placé et surtout très bien équipé. La responsable est très arrangeante et nous a même fait quelques courses pour l'arrivée !
