Look, I’ve stayed at a lot of places in Rhodes, and Seaesta Villas in Koskinou just gets it right in a way that surprised me. You know how most hotel descriptions make everything sound amazing until you actually show up? Well, this one’s the opposite – it looks nice enough online, but when you’re actually there, you realize they’ve been underselling themselves.

First thing that hit me was how quiet it is, even though you’re literally a ten-minute drive from Rhodes town. Koskinou itself is one of those villages that tourists drive through on their way to somewhere else, which honestly works in your favor here. The villas sit just off the main Koskinou road, and while that might sound like it’d be noisy, it’s actually perfect – close enough that you’re not isolated, but tucked away enough that you forget there’s a road at all. I mean, the loudest thing I heard most evenings was just cicadas and the occasional scooter putting along. The whole setup feels more like staying at someone’s really well-designed family compound than a hotel, if that makes sense.

What really sold me was the attention to stuff that actually matters when you’re living somewhere for a week. The kitchenettes aren’t just for show – they’ve got proper-sized fridges, decent cookware, and enough counter space that you can actually prep a meal without doing gymnastics. The woman at reception (I think her name was Maria?) pointed me toward the little market in Koskinou village where locals shop, not the touristy mini-marts, and honestly that tip alone saved me probably fifty euros over the week. The pool area manages to feel private even when it’s busy – they’ve spaced the loungers intelligently and there are enough shaded spots that you’re not fighting for a place to escape the afternoon sun. And speaking of sun, the way these villas are positioned means you get morning light without the brutal western exposure that makes some Greek accommodations unbearable by 4 PM.

The whole place has this relaxed vibe that I wasn’t expecting from a 4-star spot – there’s no stuffy lobby scene or pressure to dress up for anything. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward, parking is right there (and free, which is not a given in this part of Greece), and they seem to actually want you to feel at home rather than just impressed. Sure, it’s not luxury in the marble-and-gold sense, but it’s luxury in the “everything just works and nothing annoys you” sense, which is honestly more valuable. You’re close enough to hit Faliraki’s beaches or Rhodes’ old town whenever you want, but far enough away that you come back to actual peace and quiet. After dealing with the chaos of peak season crowds all day, that balance is pretty much priceless.

  We had the most wonderful stay at Seaesta Villas. The villa was a perfect suit for us with 5 people as we had 3 different bedrooms as well as 3 diferent bathrooms. The location was perfect, 15 minutes drives from Rhodes old town and Faliraki. The host Froso went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. She helped us out wherever she could and gave us plenty of good recommondations for restaurants. We definitely reccomand this place!

  We arrived right around midnight on Holy Saturday of Orthodox Easter, which is one of the most important dates in their calendar. This was unbeknownst to us when we made the booking, but the host informed us of all their traditions during Easter and graciously offered to let us order groceries in advance, and we arrived to fully stocked fridges in each villa, as the supermarkets would be closed for the entirety of our stay. While the rest of Rhodes was busy celebrating with fireworks, she happily showed us the ins and outs of the villas and was otherwise extremely helpful and available via text during our stay.
  
  The villas and pool facilities were clean and beautiful, with no complaints. One of the nights, we walked into Koskinou and had a great meal at a very cozy street restaurant. Getting to the beach is no problem with a taxi, or if you're feeling sporty, it's a nice hike.

  Amazing villa. It was an excellent vacation with excellent hosts who take care of everything. Brand new villas, everything is perfect, a very quiet place for those looking to get away from noise. We will come back again

  Obiekt spełnia wszystko co potrzeba wypoczywającym, posiada liczne udogodnienia nawet te drobne jak cukier, sól czy oliwa , moskitiery w oknach płyny do prania czy gniazdka w wielu miejscach! Zawsze zwracam uwagę na takie szczegóły i to doceniam.

  Sehr gute Lage, ca 10-15 Min. zur Innenstadt und Strände. Sehr sauber, 3x Badezimmer mit genug Platz. Morgens kam eine Poolreinigung. Jede Etage hatte einen Fernseher. Küche war sogar mit Gewürzen ausgestattet. Sehr nettes Personal, es gab auch Tipps für lokale Restaurants.
  
  What could be improved: 2x Liegen fehlen, da die Villa für 6x Personen ausgestattet ist. Zudem gab es morgens 2x kein warmes Wasser in der Dusche, wahrscheinlich zusammenhängend mit den Wetterverhältnissen, es gab keine Sonne und etwas Regen.

  Moderne Villa, med gode fasiliteter. Renslig, gode senger og fredfulgt belliggenhet. Vertene er noen av dem beste jeg har møtt! Vi fikk veldig mye gode informasjon fra både verten og deres sønner om aktiviteter vi kan finne på. Verten var lett å kommunisere med.
