Hotel Description

You know what caught me off guard about Sea View Sunrise? The name actually undersells it – I mean, sure, the sunrise views are spectacular from the top floor units, but honestly, this place has so much more going on than just a pretty morning backdrop. It’s tucked on Londinou Street, which if you know Rhodes Town at all, puts you in this sweet spot where you’re close enough to walk to the medieval old town (seriously, maybe 8 minutes on foot), but far enough from the main tourist chaos that you can actually sleep at night.

The apartment I stayed in was one of those places where someone clearly thought about how people actually live, not just how a hotel room should look in photos. The kitchen – and I’m talking a real kitchen here, not some sad mini-fridge situation – had everything I needed to make proper Greek coffee in the morning, plus the kind of counter space where you can spread out all your island-hopping maps without knocking over your wine glass. The living area flows really naturally into this little balcony space, and depending on which unit you get, you’re either looking out toward the harbor (where you can actually watch the ferries coming and going) or toward the old town walls. There’s something almost addictive about having your morning coffee while watching Rhodes wake up below you – the delivery trucks making their rounds, locals heading to work, that whole authentic rhythm you miss when you’re stuck in the tourist bubble.

What really sold me on this place though was the attention to details that actually matter when you’re traveling. The air conditioning works properly (trust me, this matters in July), there’s enough hot water for two people to shower without strategic planning, and – this is huge – reliable wifi that doesn’t cut out every time someone else in the building goes online. The owner, who I think lives locally, left this little welcome packet with actual useful information, not just generic tourist brochures. Things like which bakery opens earliest (it’s the one near Plateia Arionos, if you’re wondering), where to find parking that won’t cost you a fortune, and honestly, the best times to visit the Palace of the Grand Masters without fighting through cruise ship crowds. You can tell they’ve actually walked these streets and know what travelers need to know. The whole experience feels less like checking into a hotel and more like borrowing a friend’s really nice place – if your friend happened to have impeccable taste and a prime location in one of Greece’s most beautiful historic towns.

  We really enjoyed the exceptional cleanliness and the warm hospitality of Yiannis and Anastasia. They provided us with very helpful tips to explore the island, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment had everything a family could possibly need. It was spotless, with a clean pool and well-kept garden. The location is beautiful, offering a great sea view and it’s close to the center.
  
  What could be improved: There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like. Everything was perfect!

  Beautiful property in an excellent location with a wonderful, friendly, and hospitable host. All the pictures of the property were accurate and even better in person. The views were incredible during sunrise.
  
  Yiannis and his wife were very friendly and hospitable hosts. From the beginning (months before our arrival), Yiannis kept communication with me regarding our stay at his property and how to make it more convenient for us. When we finally arrived, they left us a complimentary bottle of wine, some beers, water, and an assortment of other foods for our stay. In addition, the recommendations they were able to provide us helped us to plan out and have a memorable trip in Rhodes. If, and when, I come back to Rhodes, I will definitely stay at Yiannis' property again!

  A great, fully new furnished and spacious apartment with beautiful private garden and pool. We enjoyed the nice view towards the East coast of Rhodes town. But most of all it was the great owners – Yiannis and his wife. They were so kind and responsive to us with their great recommendations and attitude, which made our holiday in Rhodes amazing.

  The apartment is extremely clean and stunning, brand new, equipped with every possible item, cooking accessories in the kitchen, 2 coffee machines, wine, soft drinks, fruit and also treats such as cookies and traditional pastries that Ioannis's beautiful wife had baked.
  With a view of the sea, cold and pleasant pool, good air, a well-kept garden, a large living room, garden furniture, large and comfortable beds and especially hosts who did everything to make us comfortable, this is a vacation we will not forget.
  Ioannis and his beautiful wife did everything to make our stay in the apartment pleasant and made us feel welcome, they gave us help or advice in anything we needed.
  The apartment is in the luxury Rodini neighborhood, very close to everywhere within a short drive, a quiet and pleasant neighborhood.

  Overall I had an exceptional stay at this new property. The easy access and street parking were convenient and the location was within easy reach to all attractions. It was clean, spacious, had a private yard and swimming pool which made the stay extremely enjoyable and comfortable for us and the kids. The stunning sea view and orientation added to the charm of the location. The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating. In my opinion, this property offers far more value than its price suggests. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable holiday experience and I would definitely stay there again.

  Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und den ganzen Aufenthalt über umsorgt. Der Vermieter überliess uns die Wohnung mit einem Willkommensgeschenk im Kühlschrank und brachte uns selbst auch noch ein persönliches Souvenir mit. Der Vermieter ist rund um die Uhr verfügbar, falls ein Problem auftauchen sollte, im Grossen und Ganzen sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
  Das Apartement ist sehr modern und sauber gehalten. Es hat alles was es braucht und viele kleine Extras, die für eine positive Überraschung sorgten.
  Die Lage etwas ausserhalb von Rhodos Stadt, aber immernoch gut erreichbar und dafür ein schöner Blick aufs Meer und das beste Preisleistungsverhältnis, das ich jeh gesehen habe.

  Das Apartment war außergewöhnlich schön und sauber. Der Blick auf das Meer, die große Terrasse und der Pool, haben den Aufenthalt zu einem besonderen Erlebnis gemacht. Das Apartment war sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir mussten uns um nichts kümmern. Alles war da. Und wenn etwas ausgegangen ist, mussten wir nur Bescheid geben und die Vermieter haben es sofort erledigt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und es standen verschiedene Kissen zur Verfügung. Die Vermieter waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben immer wieder nachgefragt ob wir was brauchen oder sie uns sonst irgendwie helfen können. Auch Ausflugsziele, Strände und gute Tipps für Restaurants haben wir bekommen. Ein privater Parkplatz neben dem Haus, stand ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Dieses Apartment ist purer Luxus und die Vermieter sind einfach die Besten! Ioannis ist der Beste!Wenn ich mehr Sterne vergeben könnte, würde ich es tun!

  Прекрасная квартира с двумя просторными спальнями, большой гостиной и кухней, со своей ухоженной территорией на улице с собственным бассейном, зоной отдыха и отличным видом на море. В квартире очень хороший ремонт, все новое и современное, как на фотографиях, очень чисто и уютно, есть все необходимое и даже больше.
  Хозяин квартиры Йоаннис прекрасный человек, внимательный и заботливый, был всегда на связи, кроме этого он порекомендовал нам отличные места для посещения, включая кафе и рестораны, со ссылками как туда добраться.
  Несомненно, это одна из лучших квартир, в которых мы жили на отдыхе. От души рекомендую!

  September haben wir – 2 Freundinnen – das Sea View Sunrise Apartment auf Rhodos bewohnt.
  
  Gut 10 Tage dauerte unser Urlaub auf der Insel. Es war eine wundervolle Zeit. Das lag nicht nur an der wunderschönen Insel und dem hervorragenden Wetter.
  
  Unsere Gastgeber waren ebenso phantastisch: Sie versorgten uns nicht nur anfangs mit Getränken, Obst und allerlei Leckereien sondern gaben uns jegliche Tipps für interessante Ausflüge, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
  
  Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines Wohnhauses in Rhodos-Stadt, sie besteht aus einem Wohnraum und 2 Schlafzimmern, Bad und Küche, alle Zimmer mit Klimaanlage. Im Garten befindet sich ein Pool mit glasklarem sauberen Wasser. 
  
  Der Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer und auch aus dem Garten geht aufs offene blaue Meer.
