Hotel Description
So I stumbled across Roseberry Studios on Main Street in Faliraki, and honestly? It’s one of those places that gets better the longer you stay. First impression walking up – it’s got that clean, modern vibe without trying too hard to be flashy. The kind of place where you can tell someone actually thought about the details, you know?
What really sold me was the location. I mean, you’re right on Main Street, which sounds like it could be a nightmare for noise, but here’s the thing – Faliraki’s Main Street isn’t like some crazy tourist trap strip. It’s actually pretty chill, especially if you’re staying on the quieter side of the building. You can walk to pretty much everything worth doing, and there’s this little bakery about two minutes away that does these incredible cheese pies for breakfast. The beach is maybe a seven-minute walk, which is perfect because you’re close enough to pop back if you forget sunscreen, but far enough that you’re not dealing with the beach crowd noise at night.
The studios themselves are honestly better than I expected for a 4-star place. They’ve got this whole minimalist thing going on – white walls, decent-sized windows, and the beds are actually comfortable (I’m picky about mattresses). The kitchenette situation is pretty solid too, with a proper fridge and enough counter space to make a real meal if you want to save some euros. Air conditioning works well, which – trust me – you’ll appreciate in July and August when Faliraki gets properly hot. Only minor complaint is the Wi-Fi can be a bit spotty in some rooms, but it’s fine for checking emails and Instagram.
The staff deserve a mention here because they’re the kind of people who remember your name after day two and actually give you useful local tips. Like, they told me about this family taverna up the hill that’s not in any guidebook but serves the best moussaka I had in Greece. Check-in was smooth, no weird hidden fees, and they let me store my luggage after checkout while I wandered around town for a few hours.
Look, it’s not going to blow your mind – it’s not trying to be some luxury resort. But that’s exactly why it works. The 8.1 rating makes sense because it’s just a really solid, well-run place that does what it’s supposed to do without any drama. The pool area is small but never felt crowded, parking is available (which is actually a big deal in Faliraki), and you’re positioned perfectly to explore both the party scene and the quieter family-friendly spots depending on your mood. It’s the kind of place I’d book again without hesitation, especially if you want to experience Faliraki without feeling like you’re stuck in some tourist bubble.

Apartment was ať great location. Everything was near, see, bars, centre, even a coffee open in early in the morning. Comfortable beds. View from balcony to garden. Bed sheets change after 2 days.
What could be improved: Small shower, water was everywhere. Floor need to be dry with towel after use. But I was not big problem.Danny from United Kingdom – 13 May 2025 (8/10)

Excellent location, a good base to make car trips around the island. Friendly staff. Very good value for money.
What could be improved: Unfortunately, we had a few noisy neighbors. But that's not the place's fault.Silviauk from United Kingdom – 4 September 2024 (8/10)

What could be improved: Internet connection was not the best.Sinan from Turkey – 6 July 2024 (9/10)
Very close to the heart of the town and beach. Room cleaned everyday. Owner was nice and friendly. Air condition was good without extra charge.
What could be improved: We asked for a double bed but it wasn't available.Magdaléna from Czech Republic – 2 June 2024 (9/10)
Quiet neighborhood, although close to the city center, shops just a few steps away, the sea just a few minutes walk.
What could be improved: The apartment lacked some basic kitchen equipment, such as a chopping board or more dishes. But otherwise everything was great.Erol from Netherlands – 13 May 2024 (8/10)
Dimitri was very good and helpful and Mike. Both of them are nice people thank you for everything during my stay 🙂
What could be improved: Oonly thing I had problem with was shower draineanage was blocked and water was filling in shower and I was having difficult time having shower and shower head was broken but they replaced it with new one. So overall I would recommend this place to anyone. I might even visit again whenever I have time from work.Wayne from United Kingdom – 4 May 2024 (9/10)
