Hotel Description

You know what really caught me off guard about Rodos Palladium? I was expecting another cookie-cutter resort when I pulled up to this place on the Faliraki-Kallithea stretch, but honestly, they’ve managed to create something that feels both polished and genuinely relaxing. The entrance doesn’t scream “look at me” like some of the flashier spots along this coast – it’s more understated, which I actually appreciated after dealing with the usual Faliraki chaos.

The location is pretty clever, actually. You’re technically in Faliraki territory, but you’re positioned right where it starts blending into Kallithea, so you get the best of both worlds without being smack in the middle of the party zone. I mean, if you want to hit the main Faliraki strip with all the bars and late-night action, it’s a quick walk or an even quicker taxi ride, but when you want to decompress, you’re not dealing with drunk tourists stumbling past your balcony at 3 AM. The beach access is what really sold me though – there’s this lovely stretch where the water stays pretty calm even when the afternoon winds kick up, and the hotel has done a nice job with their beach setup without making it feel too commercialized.

What impressed me most was how they’ve handled the wellness side of things. Look, I’m usually skeptical when hotels throw around words like “wellness” (half the time it just means they have a small gym and call it a day), but they’ve actually put thought into it here. The spa area has this really nice flow to it, and the treatment rooms have proper soundproofing – you can’t hear the pool activity or kids playing, which is rarer than you’d think. The pools themselves are well-designed too, with different areas that naturally separate the families from people who just want to float with a book. I spent most afternoons by the quieter pool area, and the staff seemed to understand the vibe – they’d check in without being intrusive. The food surprised me as well – sure, it’s resort dining so don’t expect some life-changing culinary experience, but they clearly have cooks who understand Greek flavors beyond just throwing some feta on everything. That 8.9 rating makes sense when you add it all up. It’s the kind of place where the small details work in your favor – good water pressure, blackout curtains that actually block light, and staff who remember your name after day two. If you’re looking for that sweet spot between luxurious and livable, especially if you want to explore Rhodes but also have a proper base to retreat to, this place delivers without the pretension.

  The staff were amazing and made our stay exceptionally relaxing and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our space, our meals, the relaxing time, the spa, all of it! The beach was clean, water beautiful and plenty of lounge chairs available.
  
  What could be improved: Our mattress was a bit stiff for my liking but not enough to negatively impact my sleep. It would have been nice to have some paddleboards available for use.

  Very friendly and helpful staff. Marmaris-Rhodes boat canceled due to windy condition. I could not change checking date at Booking.com. I reached to hotel direct. They were able to change our check in date one day later. In addition they gave us an upgrade. We are totally enjoyed the beautiful facilities and Agean beach.

  What a beautiful hotel!! The place is immaculate the staff are so helpful and accommodating. We are just back a week here and the hotel really helped make it a special one. We were bed and breakfast so can’t comment on the lunch/dinner but breakfast was amazing, spoilt for choice. The Greek coffee was unreal, special shout out to Maria, that lady is a ray of sunshine always smiling and was a joy to see her happy face in the mornings!
  This hotel is brilliant, stunning location on the beach. We paid for an upgrade as it was for my partners birthday and the balcony was huge! Overlooking the pool and sea. The hotel helped us celebrate and dropped off a cake for his birthday which was a lovely surprise (thank you!!) Location wise there isn’t really anything in walking distance so if you want to explore restaurants/shops in the evenings then you need to jump on the bus or taxi. Please don’t be put off by this though! The bus stop outside is brilliant and easy, you can pick up a bus schedule from reception but they are very frequent and for 2 people was €3 to Faliraki and €5 to Rhodes. We did also use the taxi service at reception and it was so easy! Taxi to Faliraki is around €12.50 and we got a taxi back from Rhodes once which was €25.
  The cleaners that came twice daily done an amazing job at keeping the place beautifully clean! We went to the beach bar for lunch a couple times and it was lovely food and reasonably priced too! The staff overall were fantastic nothing was ever too much.
  I could go on but I just want to say a massive thank you for making our stay such a memorable one!
  
  What could be improved: There was genuinely nothing that we didn’t like about the hotel, we did however use the Spa on the last day as we had booked in to use the showers due to a late flight. We used the pool, jacuzzi beforehand and to be honest we were surprised how the cleanliness here didn’t match the rest of the hotel at all. The jacuzzi was green with what appeared to be mould floating when you put the jets on. The showers in the spa area too just didn’t match the cleanliness across the hotel which is otherwise immaculate!!

  Everything was exceptional, the staff was very attentive, the room perfectly clean and spacious, direct sunrise view every morning from the huge terrace, diet requirements were taken good care of. Thanks to the whole staff that made our stay unforgettable!
  
  What could be improved: The beach is brownish sand and rocks, but still nice. One of the shop sellers was disinfecting demonstratively the window with spray and cloth in front of us, after we had only looked at the window.
