You know what caught me off guard about Rodini House? Walking up that little side street off the main Rodou-Lindou road, I honestly thought I was heading to just another decent hotel in Rhodes Town. But then you turn into this quiet residential pocket — and I mean quiet, which is saying something when you’re still close enough to hear the buzz from the old town — and there’s this beautifully restored building that just feels different from the typical tourist spots.

The thing is, most people staying in Rhodes Town end up either right in the thick of the medieval quarter (which gets pretty intense with all the cruise ship crowds) or way out by the beach resorts. Rodini House sits in this sweet spot where you’re actually in a neighborhood that feels lived-in, you know? There’s a little kafeneio around the corner where I’d grab my morning coffee, and the walk to the Palace of the Grand Master takes maybe eight minutes through streets that aren’t completely overrun with souvenir shops. The owners clearly know what they’re doing — everything from check-in to the way they’ve decorated the rooms shows this attention to detail that you don’t always get, even at higher-rated places. I mean, the bathroom had this gorgeous local stone work, and honestly, the bed was one of those where you actually sleep through the night instead of tossing around on some generic hotel mattress.

What really sold me on the place was how it manages to feel both polished and authentic at the same time. The breakfast spread included local honey and yogurt that was clearly sourced from somewhere nearby (not those pre-packaged hotel portions), and when I asked about getting to Lindos for the day, they didn’t just hand me a generic brochure — they actually sketched out the best times to catch the bus and warned me about the crowds after 11 AM. That kind of local insight is worth its weight in gold when you’re trying to make the most of your time on the island. The whole experience felt more like staying with knowledgeable friends than just booking a room, which probably explains that 9.9 rating. I’ve stayed at plenty of four-star places that felt more like efficient machines than actual hospitality, but Rodini House gets that balance right — professional without being stuffy, comfortable without being boring.

  Thomas, great man! very nice and helpful! very spacious apartment, nice and clean. you can really relax in the jacuzzi. I also recommend renting a car from Dimitry, who is also a very nice and helpful guy. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment!

  Rodini House is one modern and stylish apartment on a perfect location to discover island Rhodes. The host Thomas is a true gem. He is really nice, kind and welcoming. The communication is 10/10 and he really makes sure to make you feel amazing. This apartments is ultra clean and the beds are really comfortable. The check-in and check-out was easy.
  Jacuzzi is working and its a bonus point after a long day.
  Parking is always available and its near the apartment, you can see your car through the window.

  We enjoyed the Rodini House! Great place set up with loving care and style, all the conveniences, and more (jacuzzi)!! Nice location near the park, 20 min walk to the old town, and right by the main road for exploring the island! Thomas, the owner, was incredible! Excellent communication, seamless check in/out, all required info upfront, cold water upon check in, local treats on check out. Highly recommended!

  It was an amazing apartment close to Rodini park. 20 mins walk to Rodos city center. It has 2 bedrooms. Super clean with 2 balconies and a nice jackuzzi. In addition there is a bathroom and a living room with a coach. AC in all the rooms. It is perfect for a family 2+2. Easy to find a parking space close to the apartment for free. You don't have to be worried about the parking even if you arrive late evening. The whole kitchen equipment was there so you can cook, eat and drink. There is also a beach umbrella available. Easy check-in and check-out, even in early or late hours. Keys can be collected from a metal box with a code. No issues with cold or hot water, no issues with electricity. Stable Internet connection in all the rooms. 3x TV. Blinds in windows so you can sleep in complete dark if you want. The property was super clean. The jackuzzi is also clean and private so you have a chance to relax alone. It was a really nice stay there. Owner is a great guy. He communicates in English and explains everything. Highly recommended !! Perfect.
