Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect from Ria’s Deluxe Apartments when I first pulled up — the name sounds a bit fancy, but this isn’t your typical hotel setup. What I found was something actually better: a collection of well-appointed apartments that feel more like staying at a friend’s place than cramming into a standard hotel room. The property sits in what locals consider the best part of Faliraki, and you know what? They’re not wrong. There’s free parking right on site, which might sound basic but trust me, after driving around Greek islands looking for a spot, you’ll appreciate this more than you think.

Location & Neighborhood

The location here is genuinely excellent — I mean, there’s a reason couples keep rating it so highly for romantic getaways. You’re positioned perfectly on Ermoi, close enough to everything that matters but far enough from the main strip that you won’t be dealing with the late-night party crowd stumbling past your window. The beach is an easy walk, and I found myself taking that route most mornings just because the neighborhood has this relaxed, residential feel that’s hard to find in tourist areas. Plus, you’ve got proper local tavernas within walking distance, not just the touristy places that charge double for mediocre food.

These aren’t your cramped hotel rooms with barely enough space to open your suitcase. Each apartment at Ria’s Deluxe Apartments comes with a proper kitchen — and I actually used it, which says something since I’m usually too lazy to cook on vacation. The living areas are spacious enough that you don’t feel like you’re living on top of each other, and the bedrooms are comfortable without being over-the-top. What impressed me most was the attention to practical details: good water pressure, reliable air conditioning, and enough electrical outlets that you’re not playing musical chairs with your devices.

Daily Life & Amenities

Living here feels natural in a way that hotels sometimes don’t. You can grab groceries and make breakfast if you want, or head out to explore — there’s no pressure either way. The staff keeps things running smoothly without being intrusive, which I appreciated. The apartments are cleaned regularly, but you’re not dealing with housekeeping knocking on your door at 8 AM when you’re trying to sleep off yesterday’s adventures. It’s that perfect balance of service and independence that makes longer stays actually enjoyable rather than exhausting.

Why Guests Love It

After staying here, I get why this place scores so well with visitors — it’s the kind of spot that makes you feel like you’ve discovered something special rather than just booked another generic accommodation. The combination of that prime Faliraki location, the space and freedom of apartment living, and the genuine hospitality creates something that’s hard to replicate. Couples especially seem to love it here, probably because you get privacy and romance without sacrificing convenience.   We had a wonderful stay at this charming little hotel, run by a friendly family. Our apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It consisted of a studio kitchen and a bedroom with a large wardrobe. The spacious balcony offered a stunning view of the sea. The beach was just a few steps away – a large, sandy beach with clean, clear water.
  The balcony faces a rather noisy street in the evenings. However, the noise didn’t disturb our sleep, as the establishments turn off the music at 1:30 AM.

  We spent 7 nights in the apartment. The building is modern, well-maintained, equiped, the rooms are tidy and nice. The layout of the apartment is good. It was blazing hot in Rhodes, but the two air conditioners cooled the apartment down nicely. The main street is loud and noisy at night, but if you're not sensitive to noise, you can easily tolerate it, especially if you're tired. Also, the doors, windows, and walls are quite sturdy and insulate against the noise well. Apart from the nighttime noise from the main street, the location is extremely good and central—perfect for young people in Rhodes. There are lots of clubs, shops, bars, restaurants, a taxi station, a bus station, and the beach within a couple of minutes. The owners are very nice people; we received sweets, drinks, and other treats as a welcome gift, and some souvenirs as a goodbye gift. We greatly appreciated the heartwarming gifts and kindness we received here. I highly recommend staying here and spending your vacation in Faliraki, Rhodes. Thank you!

  This was my second time staying here, with my first visit being last year, and we really enjoyed it both times. The host is very friendly and responds quickly to all our requests. It was nice to find fresh fruits, snacks, and drinks in the fridge. On my birthday, I even received a gift of two cups, which was a lovely touch. I highly recommend this place.

  Very close to the sea. Nice view from the terrace to the main street and to the sea.
  It was noisy in the evening from the neighboring bars, but it didn't bother us.

  We really enjoyed staying in this apartment. Everything was great from the beginning. George and his family was super nice to us and answer very quickly if we had some questions or requests. First of all we found in the apartment fresh fruits, snacks and some cold drinks in the fridge which was very lovely. Also during our stay they still provided us some fresh delicious fruits! It was unbelievable. End the end of our staying they even gifted to us a presents which we enjoying after coming home! Best time there, I highly recommend ❤️🎊
  
  What could be improved: Apartmant was very clean and provided all the stuff that you need for a comfortable staying. Location is perfect, a minute and you on the beach enjoying the clean sea and 🏝️. Also if you like parties it’s the best place to stay, we enjoyed every moment of being there!

  Wonderful location, large apartment with all the necessary amenities, beach was just across the street
  Super markets, tavernas, clubs, souvenirs shops, all by the main street, where the apartment was located.
  Communication with the owner was very easy, and he was willing to help with any kind of information at any time. Very kind family and very attentive to customer needs.
  I truly recommend this place for a wonderful vacation.
