You know what? I wasn’t expecting much when I first pulled up to Ria’s Deluxe Apartments on Ermoi Street – honestly, the name made it sound a bit generic. But this place actually surprised me in the best way possible. It’s tucked into this quieter part of Faliraki where you’re not dealing with the chaos of the main strip, but you’re still close enough that you can hear the distant hum of nightlife if that’s your thing. The whole setup feels more like staying at a friend’s well-appointed place than some sterile hotel complex.

The apartments themselves are genuinely spacious – I mean, you can actually unpack your entire suitcase without playing Tetris with your belongings. The kitchenettes are properly equipped too, which matters when you want to grab fresh tomatoes and feta from the local market instead of eating out every meal. Speaking of which, there’s this little family-run grocery store about a three-minute walk down the street that the locals use, and the owner always has the best recommendations for day trips. The balconies face different directions depending on which unit you get, but honestly, even the ones without direct sea views catch these amazing evening breezes that make the Greek heat totally manageable. I spent way too many mornings out there with coffee, just watching the neighborhood wake up – old Greek women hanging laundry, cats doing their mysterious cat business, the occasional scooter puttering by.

What really sets this place apart is how the staff genuinely knows the area. Maria at the front desk (she’s usually there in the mornings) gave me directions to this incredible little cove that’s not on any tourist maps – you have to walk through what looks like private property, but it’s actually a public path. The cleaning crew is thorough without being intrusive, and they always left the shutters exactly how I had them, which sounds minor but shows they pay attention. The pool area gets busy around 2 PM when families come back from the beach, but early mornings and late afternoons it’s perfect for actual swimming rather than just floating around. Parking can be a bit tight during peak season – there are spots behind the building, but you might need to do some creative maneuvering if you’ve got a larger rental car. The Wi-Fi actually works well throughout the property, which isn’t always a given in Greece, and the air conditioning units are newer models that don’t sound like helicopters landing. It’s the kind of place where you end up extending your stay if you can, because once you settle in and figure out the rhythm of the neighborhood, leaving feels premature.

  We had a wonderful stay at this charming little hotel, run by a friendly family. Our apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It consisted of a studio kitchen and a bedroom with a large wardrobe. The spacious balcony offered a stunning view of the sea. The beach was just a few steps away – a large, sandy beach with clean, clear water.
  The balcony faces a rather noisy street in the evenings. However, the noise didn’t disturb our sleep, as the establishments turn off the music at 1:30 AM.

  We spent 7 nights in the apartment. The building is modern, well-maintained, equiped, the rooms are tidy and nice. The layout of the apartment is good. It was blazing hot in Rhodes, but the two air conditioners cooled the apartment down nicely. The main street is loud and noisy at night, but if you're not sensitive to noise, you can easily tolerate it, especially if you're tired. Also, the doors, windows, and walls are quite sturdy and insulate against the noise well. Apart from the nighttime noise from the main street, the location is extremely good and central—perfect for young people in Rhodes. There are lots of clubs, shops, bars, restaurants, a taxi station, a bus station, and the beach within a couple of minutes. The owners are very nice people; we received sweets, drinks, and other treats as a welcome gift, and some souvenirs as a goodbye gift. We greatly appreciated the heartwarming gifts and kindness we received here. I highly recommend staying here and spending your vacation in Faliraki, Rhodes. Thank you!

  This was my second time staying here, with my first visit being last year, and we really enjoyed it both times. The host is very friendly and responds quickly to all our requests. It was nice to find fresh fruits, snacks, and drinks in the fridge. On my birthday, I even received a gift of two cups, which was a lovely touch. I highly recommend this place.

  Very close to the sea. Nice view from the terrace to the main street and to the sea.
  It was noisy in the evening from the neighboring bars, but it didn't bother us.

  We really enjoyed staying in this apartment. Everything was great from the beginning. George and his family was super nice to us and answer very quickly if we had some questions or requests. First of all we found in the apartment fresh fruits, snacks and some cold drinks in the fridge which was very lovely. Also during our stay they still provided us some fresh delicious fruits! It was unbelievable. End the end of our staying they even gifted to us a presents which we enjoying after coming home! Best time there, I highly recommend ❤️🎊
  
  What could be improved: Apartmant was very clean and provided all the stuff that you need for a comfortable staying. Location is perfect, a minute and you on the beach enjoying the clean sea and 🏝️. Also if you like parties it’s the best place to stay, we enjoyed every moment of being there!

  Wonderful location, large apartment with all the necessary amenities, beach was just across the street
  Super markets, tavernas, clubs, souvenirs shops, all by the main street, where the apartment was located.
  Communication with the owner was very easy, and he was willing to help with any kind of information at any time. Very kind family and very attentive to customer needs.
  I truly recommend this place for a wonderful vacation.
