Look, I’ve stayed at my fair share of hotels in Rhodes Town, and honestly, the Rhodos Horizon Marina caught me off guard in the best way. You know how some places promise adults-only serenity but still feel chaotic? This isn’t one of them. The moment you walk in from that busy corner where Georgiou Mavrou meets Konstantinidi – and yes, it can get a bit hectic with traffic during the day – there’s this immediate sense of calm that washes over you.

What really gets me about this place is how they’ve nailed the balance between being close to everything without being in the thick of tourist madness. I mean, you’re literally a five-minute walk from Mandraki Harbor where all those day boats leave for Symi, but when you’re lounging by their pool area, you’d never know it. The marina views are actually stunning, especially around sunset when the light hits the water just right and you can see the medieval walls of the Old Town sort of glowing in the distance. They’ve got this rooftop situation – well, it’s more of an elevated terrace really – where I spent way too many evenings with a glass of that local Athiri wine just watching the boats come and go.

The rooms themselves feel properly adult-oriented without being stuffy or overly fancy. Clean lines, decent balconies (request a marina view if you can), and thank god, really good blackout curtains because the Greek sun doesn’t mess around. Staff genuinely seems to get that adults-only doesn’t just mean no kids running around – it means understanding that sometimes you want restaurant recommendations that aren’t tourist traps, or knowing that the best time to walk to the Palace of the Grand Masters is early morning before the cruise ship crowds hit. They actually pointed me toward this little taverna on Pythagora Street that I never would’ve found otherwise. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle – it’s Rhodes Town after all – but they sort it out for you, which honestly saved me a lot of stress. The whole experience just feels… effortless, I suppose. Like they’ve thought through all the little things that make a trip either smooth or frustrating, and they’ve landed firmly on the smooth side.

  Clean and friendly staff. Few steps from Marina entrance. Fairly good breakfast.

  This is a nice, medium-sized hotel. Quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the center. Perfect for relaxing. The staff (reception, management, service) is exceptional. We didn't take advantage of the pool because we were only there for 3 days. The hotel is located a 30-minute walk from the center of Old Rhodes. This allows you to stroll through the small streets. We recommend it and will return.
  
  What could be improved: I heard the pool isn't heated? Not a big deal for me.

  Alles top, das Essen ausgezeichnet, sowohl morgen, mittag und auch abends, viel auswahl, alles on point. Super nettes personal, absolut zu empfehlen.
  
  What could be improved: Nichts auszusetzten. Einzige die duschen sind nicht ideal, es wird recht viel naß.. damit kann man einfach umgehen, weil das personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend ist.

  酒店处居民区边缘，距离古城和热闹区域2公里多，步行去古城约需30多分钟。沿途穿越居民区和商业区里的小街，即利感受热闹景点儿的喧嚣，又利了解居民日常生活的宁静祥和，故对在此逗留2、3晚的自由行游客非常适宜。
  对酒店服务的感受有三：
  一、服务人员非常真诚、热情、礼貌、尽职尽责，让我感觉非常友善；
  二、早餐食物十分丰富，我对橄榄最感兴趣，这里的橄榄希腊以外的酒店恐怕难以见到；
  三、周边有些小饭馆，提供海鲜或希腊风味餐食，我尝试了两家小饭馆，感受很好。
