You know what struck me first about Rhodes City Center Suite? It’s actually tucked away on this quiet side street – Iroon Politechniou – but you’re literally a three-minute walk from all the medieval town chaos. I mean, you get the best of both worlds here, which honestly isn’t easy to find in Rhodes Town.

The building itself has this modern Greek aesthetic that doesn’t try too hard, if that makes sense. Clean lines, local stone details, and when you walk into the lobby there’s this subtle scent of jasmine that I’m pretty sure comes from the courtyard garden they’ve got tucked behind the reception area. The suites are properly spacious – not just “European spacious” where they call a closet a room. We’re talking actual living areas with kitchenettes that you’d actually use, plus bedrooms with windows that open (thank god, because some places seal you in like a tomb). The air conditioning works perfectly, which you’ll appreciate during those scorching July afternoons when the medieval stones are radiating heat like pizza ovens.

What really sold me on this place though is how the staff actually knows the island. The guy at reception – I think his name was Nikos – gave us directions to this tiny taverna near Mandraki Harbor that we never would’ve found otherwise, plus he sorted out our car rental situation when the original company tried to pull some nonsense with hidden fees. You can tell they’re locals, not just hospitality school graduates reading from scripts. The location is genuinely perfect for exploring the old town without dealing with the tourist madness every time you want to drop off shopping bags or take a break. You can slip out the back streets toward the Palace of the Grand Master, or head toward Socratous Street for dinner without fighting through cruise ship crowds. Parking is actually manageable in this area too – there’s a public lot about two blocks away that doesn’t cost a fortune, unlike some spots closer to the harbor. The only minor thing I’d mention is that weekend nights can get a bit lively since you’re still in the heart of things, but honestly the windows are good quality and we never had trouble sleeping. Plus there’s something kind of magical about hearing distant bouzouki music drifting through the stone streets at midnight. The whole experience just feels authentic in a way that a lot of Rhodes accommodations don’t – you’re staying in a real neighborhood where people actually live, not some resort bubble cut off from the actual island culture.

  The staff was super friendly and kept us perfectly informed. Very communicative and responsive in case of need! The apartment is spacious, comfortable, very well equipped and clean. There is everything you need in the kitchen + two types of coffee machines. Good wifi! The beds are very comfortable.
  It's location is amazing- quiet and in the same time everything is near (shops, cafes, restaurants, beach, clubs, harbor the old town). Our host even allowed us late check out, which was an amazing bonus.
  Would highly recommend to all who seeks accommodation in Rhodes!

  Spotlessly clean and well equipped apartment. Our children (15 and 18) both slept in the room with the bunk beds,, this allowed for plenty of space in the open plan kitchen / living area. The apartment was larger than expected and very comfortable.
  Fantastic location. Beach and diving platform 2 min walk. Waking distance to old town, harbour and central bus station. Plenty of really good restaurants close by. Beautiful Catholic Church 2 min walk away.
  The air con unit in the twin room leaked our first night but the company rhodesrentals responded very quickly and repaired without any inconvenience to our stay.
  Requested a late check out as our flight did not depart until 10pm and we were able to use the apartment until 7pm at no extra charge.
  Would highly recommend this apartment when staying in beautiful Rhodes.

  i was really surprised how clean and fully equipped it was! everything was exactly like the photos. kitchen was fully equipped, bedrooms had towels and AC with TV. wouldn’t have asked for anything more! the staff were available even through WhatsApp to help us Check-in earlier.

  Great location, clean apartment. Lively part of the city but apartment is not noisy at night. free parking on streets outside. Easy walk to both the medieval city and the port
