You know what’s funny about Pervolia House? I almost drove right past it the first time – it’s tucked away on Ikaron Street in this quiet residential pocket of Kremasti that feels miles away from the tourist chaos, even though you’re literally ten minutes from the airport. And I mean that in the best possible way. The location is honestly perfect if you’re flying in late or catching an early flight, but here’s the thing most people don’t realize: you’re also walking distance from some of the best local tavernas that the Rhodes package tourists never find.

The villa itself surprised me – and I’ve stayed in plenty of Greek properties that promise privacy but deliver paper-thin walls and your neighbor’s breakfast conversation. This place actually delivers on the “private” part. The house has this lovely, lived-in feel without being shabby, you know? Like someone’s stylish aunt lives there and just happened to step out for the weekend. The outdoor space is where it really shines though – there’s something about sitting on that terrace in the evening with a beer, hearing the distant hum of planes overhead but also the sound of Greek families chatting from nearby houses. It’s oddly soothing, actually. The whole Kremasti area has this authentic, non-touristy vibe during the day, but you’re still close enough to hop over to Ialyssos beach (maybe 15 minutes by car) when you want that crystal-clear water.

What really sold me on recommending this place is how the owners seem to get what travelers actually need. Proper WiFi that doesn’t cut out during video calls, a kitchen that’s actually equipped for cooking real meals (not just instant coffee and sad mini-fridges), and – this might sound small but trust me – really good water pressure in the shower. Plus, parking is never an issue, which anyone who’s driven around Greek islands in summer will tell you is worth its weight in gold. The 9.9 rating honestly makes sense when you stay there; it’s not trying to be a luxury resort, but it nails all the basics so well that you find yourself more relaxed than you expected to be. I mean, sometimes the best vacation rental is the one where you don’t have to think about anything except where you want to eat dinner – and speaking of which, ask locally about the fish taverna about ten minutes walk toward the coast. Thank me later.

  The whole of the holiday was perfect thanks to the best host Stam, he went above and beyond for us and there was nothing he wouldn't have done for us to make sure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible! The villa is a short trip to the local shops in Kremasti which was handy to have and Stam helped us sort taxis to visit Rhodes old town, the supermarket and even gave us a lift from time to time! The facilities in the villa are just like been at home, it has everything you need and more which made it easy for us to cook our own meals. There's a good selection of takeaways nearby too if that's something you're looking for and at a very reasonable price. By far the best holiday we've had as a family and we will no doubt be returning! Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for that home from home feeling, thanks again Stam👍🏻

  What an amazing gem. This villa experience was top tier. The owner was so accommodating, very friendly, and helpful. the indoor & outdoor facilities were great, especially the bbq. The interior decor was unique in every room, clean and spacious, and the jacuzzi was one of many wonderful features, including the fireplace and mode lightening throughout. My guests thoroughly enjoyed their visit here. The local supermarket, restaurants, is 3 mins down the road.
  
  All it needed was an option to heat the pool and a large signboard on the main road, as you could miss the villa.
  
  The villa is best suited for a family/solo/couples as the main shower and toilet are located in the bedroom with the jacuzzi. But the villa also has an outside shower and toilet.
  
  I would highly recommend it and would stay again and again.

  We had an amazing stay at Pervolia House. The villa is very well equipped, with a beautiful modern design. The Jacuzzi was great and the outside is very large with a beautiful pool, barbecue and ping pong table. The villa is close to the airport but you don’t hear the airplanes so this was very practical. It is in a central location so it is was good starting point for many attractions on the island. Our host Stamatis was super friendly, making us feel at home, and cared about our every needs right away.

  The property was incredible! Exactly what the pictures show! Everything was very clean, lots of towels and robes. The pool, hot tub, darts and ping pong were phenomenal, we even ended up playing beer pong one night. Loads of cups, plates and cutlery and other utensils there even was a spice box! The outside bbq was also so very nice to have. There was 7 of us and it didn’t feel cramped at all, plenty of space! The pool was cleaned daily and we had a very warm greeting with beer and wine waiting for us on the fridge! Even though we arrived late at night the host came round to show us the functions of the villa and it was the warmest greeting/welcome I have experienced. The host was available 24/7 and helped us out with everything we needed and I knew I could message him about anything at any time. Eveything was honestly so perfect 100000000/10 thank you so much! We will definitely coming back! <3

  Wow what a wonderful stay at pervolia House. Everything was just perfect the accomodation the pool the outside space you could not ask for more. Special thankyou to the owner Samadis for recommending restaurants places to visit nothing was to much trouble a real gentleman he even came over for a barbecue one evening. Can't recommend this place enough absolutely fantastic.

  What an amazing week!
  
  The location is a stones throw away from the centre of Kremasti. You need a car but everywhere is 15/20 mins away. There is everything you need in Kremasti, restaurants, a great supermarket, bakeries, local shops, pharmacies – it has everything. It has easy access to the main link roads.
  
  The Villa is incredible! I mean absolutely fantastic. Clean, bright, fresh and modern. Super secure with magnetic locks and an electric gate, we all felt very safe. The aircon is cool and everything works perfectly. There is plenty of space (4 adults) and you can escape to separate bedrooms when needed. Great TV's with Netflix if desired and the beds are comfy. The hot tub in the main bedroom is enormous, but doesn't disturb your sleep as you turn it on when required.
  
  The outdoor area is the best I have seen with a BBQ, a good cold fridge/freezer, a gas hob, plenty of seating and eating areas. The pool is a great size and spotless! Plenty of shade and even outdoor his & her toilets. We spent most of our time outside and we were extremely comfortable.
  
  Stamati & Maria were superb hosts and kept in touch to ensure our stay was problem free. We had a lovely BBQ with them both and they even cooked for us!
  
  Thank you for a incredible stay, we are already looking forward to visiting Rhodes again and guarantee to stay here again.
