Look, I’ve stayed at a lot of places along this stretch of Rhodes, and Patricia Suites honestly caught me off guard – in the best way possible. You know that spot on the main road between Rhodes town and Lindos where you’re technically in Faliraki but far enough from the party madness that you can actually sleep? That’s exactly where this place sits, and I mean that as a huge compliment. The location is actually pretty brilliant when you think about it – you’re close enough to walk to some decent tavernas (there’s this family-run place about 200 meters down the road that locals frequent), but you’re not dealing with the chaos that comes with being right in the thick of Faliraki’s main strip.

The suites themselves feel like someone actually thought about how people live, not just where they sleep. I’m talking proper kitchenettes with decent-sized fridges, balconies that aren’t just an afterthought, and – this is key – really solid air conditioning that doesn’t sound like a helicopter landing. The whole property has this relaxed, almost residential vibe that you don’t get at those massive resort complexes. What really impressed me was the attention to small details… good water pressure in the showers, blackout curtains that actually block light, and WiFi that works consistently (I was working remotely for part of my stay, so this mattered). The pool area is where you really see the difference – it’s sized right for the property, never feels overcrowded, and there’s this grove of olive trees that provides natural shade in the afternoons when the sun gets intense.

Here’s what sealed it for me though: the staff actually knows the area. I mean really knows it, not just the tourist highlights everyone pushes. When I asked about hiking trails near Tsambika, the guy at reception drew me a little map showing a back route that most people miss. And honestly, the whole operation feels like it’s run by people who care about the details – check-in was smooth, housekeeping was thorough without being intrusive, and when I had an issue with my rental car, they actually helped me sort it out rather than just shrugging. You’re also perfectly positioned for day trips… Lindos is maybe 15 minutes south, Anthony Quinn Bay is practically around the corner, and if you want to head into Rhodes town for dinner, it’s an easy drive without dealing with resort traffic. The only minor thing – and this is really minor – is that the main road can get a bit busy during peak season, but the rooms facing the courtyard are dead quiet. For the price point and the quality, especially with that 9.5 rating that honestly feels earned, Patricia Suites is the kind of place that makes you want to come back to Rhodes just to stay there again.

  This was the best place we stayed on our 5 week holiday! The room was amazing, the staff were incredibly kind and accomodating and it made Rhodes our favourite stop on our whole trip! All I can say is thank you!

  Perfect location. 20 second walk from a very cheap supermarket with everything you need. 1-2 min walk to main strip area. Close to numerous amount of very nice restaurants and bars. 4.5k to waterpark, walkable but also can get bus for 2:50. Buses to Rhodes for 5 euro return. 5 min walk to the beach. Rooms were very clean and new. Private pool was an amazing bonus. Breakfast was very good. Had everything you need from sausages bacon eggs, cereal, pastries and juices. Staff was amazing especially the girl at the desk, lovely energy and very kind. Amazing help for tips and advice about the island. Public pool was the perfect size. I loved my stay here, perfect for a couple holiday. 100% recommend and will be back.

  Everything was great. The staff was so lovely and attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we were good. The rooms were great, lovely terrace, comfortble beds and a nice bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and we were able to rent a car directly through the hotel. It is right next to Faliraki centre but we would recommend seeing the rest of the island as it is not worth missing. Everything was better than expected and I could not recommend it enough for your next trip to Rhodes.

  Patricia Suites was located just a 5 minute walk from the strip, but still far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet. Supermarkets located less than a 5 minute walk away. The property itself was spotless and modern. We had our own private pool and the room looked even better than the photos. Air conditioning was brilliant and cooled the room down right away. Plenty of storage for suitcases, clothing etc… The owner stays right next door so any questions we had we could phone up and ask. He was super friendly and accommodating with our check out requests.
  You can request to hire a car from the property or even book an airport transfer. They have free parking onsite.
  Breakfast was great! It’s small and simple, has everything you need from Tea/Coffee to pastries, hot food, cereal, fruits, yoghurts etc…
  Would definitely recommend
  
  What could be improved: The drainage in the shower wasn’t the greatest if you were in there for long, but turning the shower on and off wasn’t an issue for us.

  Amazing boutique hotel, Maria was an angel and all staff couldn’t do enough for us ! Supermarket right across the road and 5 min walk to the main centre will definitely return!
