Look, I’ve stayed at plenty of places along Rhodes’ eastern coast, but Ninémia Sea living in Stegna really caught me off guard – in the best possible way. When you first pull up to this place (and yes, parking is actually easy here, which is honestly a relief after dealing with some of the cramped spots in Rhodes Town), it doesn’t scream luxury or anything. It’s more understated than that, sort of nestled into the coastline in a way that feels intentional but not showy. The moment you step inside though, you get it – there’s this immediate sense that someone really thought about how people actually want to experience a Greek island getaway.

What I love about Stegna, and what makes Ninémia’s location so smart, is that you’re far enough from the Lindos crowds to actually breathe, but close enough to Archangelos village that you can grab those amazing local pastries from the bakery on the main square (seriously, go early – they sell out). The beach here is honestly one of those hidden gems that locals have been trying to keep quiet about. It’s this gorgeous stretch of pebbles and sand that doesn’t get the tour bus treatment, so even in July you can find your spot without feeling like you’re at a theme park. From the hotel, it’s maybe a three-minute walk down this little path – and I mean, when you wake up and can hear the waves but not the sound of jet skis or beach bars blasting music, you know you’ve found something special.

The staff here actually knows your name by day two, which sounds small but makes such a difference when you’re trying to unwind. They’ll tell you things like which taverna in Archangelos has the best lamb (it’s Kostas’, by the way), or that Thursday mornings are perfect for the Tsambika Beach drive because that’s when all the day-trippers are still sleeping off their Faliraki hangovers. The rooms themselves are clean and comfortable – nothing revolutionary, but everything works and the sea views from most rooms are genuinely spectacular, especially during sunset when the light hits the water just right. I actually found myself sitting on the balcony with morning coffee longer than usual, which for me is saying something since I’m usually rushing around trying to see everything. There’s something about the rhythm of this place that just slows you down in the right way. With a 9.9 rating, I expected it to be good, but honestly? It exceeded that – and trust me, I’m usually the person finding things to complain about.

  The location was incredible. I absolutely loved the villa, the interior was the best place I have ever stayed in. The view was excellent, the hot tub was so lovely. What an amazing villa!

  The villa is well-equipped and perfect for those who enjoy cooking their own meals during their vacation. There are two very beautiful beaches nearby, just a 5-minute walk away. It has a gym, private parking, and the place is air-conditioned.

  Our stay at this vacation home was absolutely amazing! The attention to detail was impeccable, and being so close to the sea with such beautiful garden and views was breathtaking. The host was incredibly friendly and always available to assist. He even helped us secure a great deal on a rental car and provided fantastic recommendations for things to do in the area. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I'll definitely be returning. Highly recommended!"

  Herzlicher Empfang bei der Ankunft. Der Kühlschrank war zu unserer Überrraschung reichlich gefüllt. Alles war sehr sauber und der wunderschöne Garten sehr gepflegt. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt ausgestattet. Alles entspricht auch den Fotos. Viele Pflanzen und schöne Details machen die Villa einzigartig. Die Aussicht ist unglaublich um den Sonnenaufgang und den Meerblick zu genießen. Den Whirlpool haben wir nicht genutzt, aber die Aussendusche war herrlich. Der Host war immer für uns erreichbar und sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

  la villa è stupenda ! arredata con gran gusto. fornita di ogni bene necessario. all’arrivo abbiamo trovato il frigo pieno di ogni cosa : latte coca cola birre uova ingredienti per il toast frutta. un contesto fantastico sia all’interno che all’esterno della villa. palestra attrezzata e lettino per massaggi
