You know what caught me off guard about this place? The name says “apartment” but honestly, it feels way more polished than that suggests. I mean, sure, it’s technically an apartment-style setup, but the moment you walk in, you realize someone put serious thought into making this feel like a proper boutique stay. The location on Georgiou Papanikolaou Street is pretty much perfect – I timed it, and you’re literally 90 seconds from having sand between your toes at Elli Beach.

Here’s the thing about staying this close to Elli – you get all the benefits of being right in the action without the constant noise that comes with beachfront properties. The street itself is quiet enough that you can actually sleep with the windows open (which you’ll want to do, trust me, especially in late spring when that Mediterranean breeze kicks in around sunset). What really impressed me was how they’ve managed to capture that luxurious hotel feel while keeping the practical benefits of apartment living. The kitchen actually works – like, really works, not just some sad mini-fridge situation – which is clutch when you want to grab fresh fruit from the morning market near Mandraki Harbor and not pay restaurant prices for every single meal.

The whole setup screams attention to detail in ways that matter. Good water pressure, reliable WiFi that doesn’t cut out when you’re trying to video call home, and – this might sound weird but hear me out – the lighting is actually thoughtful. You know how most vacation rentals have either dungeon-dark corners or hospital-bright overheads? Not here. They’ve got it figured out. Walking to the old town takes maybe fifteen minutes if you’re strolling, and you’ll pass some genuine local spots that aren’t just tourist traps. There’s this little souvlaki place about halfway that honestly rivals anything you’ll find in the main square, but for half the price.

The 8.9 rating makes total sense once you’ve been there a few days – it’s one of those places where the small things add up. The check-in process was smooth (they actually answered their phone when I called about arriving early), parking isn’t a nightmare if you have a rental car, and the whole vibe just works. I stayed during shoulder season in October, and while Elli Beach was less crowded, everything was still open and running. Can’t speak to peak summer madness, but I imagine this location would be even more valuable when everywhere else is packed. It’s not trying to be the flashiest place on the island, but sometimes that’s exactly what you want – somewhere that just gets the fundamentals right and lets Rhodes itself be the star of the show.

  Very spacious property in a great location to access various parts of Rhodes.

  Location was great, near a couple of beaches and within 5-10 minutes walk of the town and the old town, but there were restaurants, bars, coffee shops and corner shops very close. The apartment was well-equipped, there was air-con in every bedroom and the kitchen/living/dining area, all of which worked superbly. The apartment was large, bedrooms were a decent size, each with a double bed. The balcony wrapped around three sides of the building, it is deep enough to sit but it's not deep enough to sit around a table. Communication with the owner was superb, only had a few questions while we were there and each time he answered within a few hours. Overall, it worked very well for us.

  Location was great. All essentials in the apartment and lots of treats provided was very welcoming. Mosquito nets on all doors and windows.

  Odlicna lokacija,fenomenalan i prostran stan,sa svime sto je potrebno za idealan boravak.Terasa okruzuje ceo stan i svaka soba ima izlaz na terasu.

  Lokalita bola super s prístupnosťou peši do všetkých zaujímavých miest v okolí. Výťah na tretie podlažie je tiež super. Váha na kufre bola pri odchode veľmi užitočná, dobrý nápad.
  
  What could be improved: Ak si požičiate auto, nemáte kde zaparkovať, až večer na okolitých parkoviskách. Drobné návrhy na zlepšenie: mať v kuchyni ostré nože a na ubytovaní mať k dispozícii vysávač. Inak je to dokonalé.
