Look, I’ve stayed at a lot of places in Rhodes, and honestly? Nesèa Apartment in Faliraki surprised me in the best way possible. When you first pull up on Afroditis Street, it doesn’t scream “luxury” from the outside – it’s sort of tucked away in this quieter part of Faliraki, which actually ended up being perfect. You know how the main strip can get absolutely mental during peak season? Well, this spot gives you easy access to all that madness while letting you escape to somewhere peaceful when you need to recharge.

The apartment itself is what I’d call “thoughtfully done” – someone clearly put real effort into making it feel like a home rather than just another rental. The kitchen actually has everything you need (I mean everything – even a decent coffee maker), and the living space flows really naturally. What got me was the attention to small details… good WiFi that doesn’t cut out every five minutes, blackout curtains that actually block light, and – this might sound weird – but the shower has proper water pressure. After a day at Anthony Quinn Bay or hiking up to the Acropolis of Lindos, that kind of thing matters more than you’d think. The balcony catches this lovely breeze in the evenings, and you can hear the sea without all the beach bar noise that echoes through the main tourist areas.

Here’s what I really appreciated though – the location gives you options. You’re a quick walk to Faliraki Beach when you want that classic Greek island scene, but you can also easily hit up some of the smaller, less crowded spots along the coast. There’s decent parking nearby (not guaranteed everywhere in Faliraki, trust me), and you’re close enough to catch the bus to Rhodes Town without the hassle of staying right in the thick of things. The owners seem to get that travelers want flexibility – they’re responsive when you need something but don’t hover, which is exactly the vibe you want. I stayed during shoulder season in late May, and it felt like having your own little slice of the island. Even chatting with some folks who visited in July, they said it maintained that relaxed atmosphere despite the summer crowds. It’s the kind of place that makes you think “okay, I could actually live here for a while” rather than just crash between beach days.

  – location – 2-3 min. walk to the sea and shops
  – where was everything you might need during our stay in the apartment

  Nagyon jól felszerelt volt a szállás. A helységek klímával ellátottak. Közel volt a part, illetve az éttermek, bárok és egy játszóház is. Kerítéssel elválasztott porta, ahol a gyerekek biztonságosan mozoghattak.

  La posizione è molto comoda, vicina alla spiaggia e al centro beneficiando però del silenzio. Ha un ampio spazio esterno con tutto il necessario, 4 sdraie, lo stendino un tavolino e una doccia esterna molto comoda. Il soggiorno è grande con cucina ben fornita comprensiva di aria condizionata. Camere spaziose e dotate di aria condizionata. Il bagno ha una ottima doccia e anche una lavatrice per i più esigenti. I proprietari sono gentili e sempre disponibili.

  L’appartement est extrêmement bien situé, à 200m de la plage dans une rue au calme et proche du centre ville. Supermarket, restaurant, pharmacie et arrêt de bus à 2 pas. Une vraie perle, rapport qualité prix imbattable, cerise sur le gâteau Vaggelis, le propriétaire était au petit soin et nous a même offert des cadeaux. J'espère y revenir.

  Struttura situata in una posizione strategica. Vicina alla via principale di Faliraki con tutte le attrazioni che questa città offre, ma allo stesso tempo tranquilla e a due minuti a piedi dal mare.
  Ottimo lo spazio esterno con tavolino, sdrai e ombrellone e dotato anche di doccia.
