You know what hits you first when you pull up to My Green Eden? It’s actually quiet – like, properly quiet. I mean, you’re still in Ialyssos, so there’s life happening around you, but somehow this place on Pyrras Street feels tucked away from all the usual resort chaos. The whole property has this sort of… intentional calm to it, if that makes sense. Not stuffy-fancy, just thoughtfully put together.

I’ll be honest, I was skeptical about the 9.8 rating at first (aren’t we all?), but after spending time here, I get it. The staff remembers your coffee order by day three, which is such a small thing but makes you feel less like tourist number 4,847. The rooms are spacious enough that you’re not tripping over your suitcase every five minutes, and the design strikes this perfect balance – elegant without trying too hard to impress you with marble everything. What really got me was the attention to details that actually matter: blackout curtains that work, shower pressure that doesn’t make you want to cry, and – this is huge – proper soundproofing between rooms. You know how rare that is in Mediterranean hotels, right?

But here’s the thing about staying in Ialyssos that a lot of people don’t realize until they’re here – you’re perfectly positioned to avoid the Rhodes Town crowds during peak season while still being close enough (about 15 minutes) when you actually want to explore the old city. The beach is basically a five-minute walk, and it’s the kind of stretch where locals bring their kids, not just the tour group circuit. There’s this little taverna called Mavros Gatos just around the corner that the hotel folks mentioned casually – not in a pushy way – and honestly, it ended up being one of those meals you’re still talking about months later. My Green Eden feels like it’s run by people who actually live here and know the island, rather than some distant management company checking boxes. The pool area never felt overcrowded, even in July, and there’s something to be said for a place where you can find a quiet spot with a book without having to wake up at dawn to claim a chair. I mean, it’s not cheap, but you’re not paying for fake luxury – you’re paying for thoughtful hospitality that actually makes your vacation better instead of just more expensive.

  We stayed at Eden in Rhodes with a group of 11 women and absolutely loved our time there. The accommodation was perfect – the rooms, bathrooms, and the entire villa were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The beds and pillows were super comfortable, and the air conditioning in each room was a big plus.
  
  The garden was beautifully green, peaceful, and completely sheltered from the wind – a real oasis. The view from the pool area was absolutely stunning, and we spent many relaxing hours there. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to the beach, and only around 15 minutes by taxi to get to the city, which was very convenient.
  
  Big table in the front garden allows to enjoy breakfast or any other meal all together.
  
  What could be improved: The doors will lock automatically so you have to remember to not to leave the keys inside and pull the door close 🙂

  A huge villa with plenty of bedrooms.
  The place was clean, well-equipped, and even had some food and drinks waiting for us. There’s a beautiful pool as well.
  
  The hosts were incredibly kind — they welcomed us when we arrived at the villa and were available for any questions or help we needed. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests.
  
  Great location, just a 15–20 minute drive from the Old Town.
  
  Highly recommended for anyone coming as a large group (family or friends). It's an excellent place to enjoy your time in Rhodes — and most importantly, with hosts who are truly kind and caring people.

  We liked it very much, big vila, nicely renovated. Owner meet us on arrival, gave recomendations of nice restaurans, near by supermarkets., Freedge was full of nice welcome surprises.

  Willa znajdowała się w bezpiecznej okolicy, dobrze skomunikowanej. W pobliżu liczne sklepy spożywcze oraz łatwy dostęp do centrum Rhodos. Obiekt był idealny dla tak dużej grupy jak nasza – 15 osób, a spokojnie zmieściłoby się nawet więcej. Znaleźliśmy tam wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy. Dom był przestronny, zadbany i widać, że właściciel włożył w to miejsce wiele serca. Michalis zaopiekował się nami perfekcyjnie, podzielił się z nami swoją wiedzą oraz poleceniami co do restauracji, dzięki czemu mogliśmy jak najlepiej przeżyć ten czas na wyspie Rhodos.

  מקום נחמד מאד עבור משפחה עם ילדים.. מרגיש כמו דירת מגורים עם כל הציוד הנדרש אפילו שתיה שוקולדים ופירות היו במקרר.. כל ערב היה גחלים חדשים באזור המנגל. ובאם פעם ביום לנקות את הבריכה.
  
  What could be improved: היה יותר נחמד אם היה במקום מכונת כביסה או החלפת מגבות במשך השהיה.. אבל היה מגבות בשפע ושביקשנו הביאו עוד
