I’ll be honest – I’ve stayed at a lot of places in Rhodes over the years, and Mont Fleury Resort caught me completely off guard. You know how sometimes you book a place based on photos and reviews, but you’re still crossing your fingers when you pull up? Well, driving down that Eparchiaki Odos road toward Koskinou, I was actually getting a bit nervous because it felt like we were heading into the middle of nowhere. But then you round this bend and there it is – this beautiful property that somehow feels both tucked away and perfectly positioned.

The thing about this spot is that it sits in this sweet spot between the main tourist chaos and the authentic Greek experience. Koskinou itself is one of those villages that still feels real, you know? You can walk down to the actual village center (takes maybe ten minutes) and grab coffee at places where locals actually go, not just the tour bus crowds. But here’s what I really love – you’re close enough to Rhodes Town that you can easily drive in for dinner or to explore the Old Town, but far enough out that you’re not dealing with cruise ship madness or that constant hum of tourist buses. The staff actually seems to get this balance too; they’re not doing that overly polished resort thing, but they’re incredibly helpful. I mean, the front desk guy literally drew me a map to this tiny taverna his grandmother recommended – that’s the kind of place this is.

What really sells me on Mont Fleury is how they’ve managed to create this sense of calm without feeling isolated. The grounds have this lovely, lived-in quality – not overly manicured but clearly cared for. Mornings are particularly gorgeous here; you can hear the birds and smell the herbs from their garden mixing with that salty Mediterranean air. The pool area gets busy mid-afternoon (especially if there are families), but early morning or late afternoon it’s pure bliss. And honestly, I’ve stayed at places with half the rating that cost twice as much. The 9.9 rating isn’t just people being generous – it’s because they’ve figured out how to make you feel like you’re staying at a friend’s really nice place rather than just another hotel room. The Wi-Fi actually works (miracle in itself), there’s proper parking without the stress, and the whole vibe is just… comfortable. If you’re looking for that Instagram-perfect infinity pool resort experience, this might not be your place. But if you want to feel like you’ve discovered something special in Rhodes – something that feels both relaxing and authentic – Mont Fleury really delivers on that promise.

  The best villa where we have vacationed. Everything was clean. The welcome package was also a nice surprise. The host was really helpful and nice. The outdoor facilities and pool were fantastic. This can really be recommended, we will be happy to come again.

  Thee BEST villa we have EVER stayed in. Stunning, modern, very well equipped, comfortable, stunning pool and amazing view's. Best beds we have ever slept in.   הוילה ממוקמת ממש במקום מרכזי. בנוסף לנוף המשגע. היה נקי ומסודר מאוד, בכל חדר יש מקלחת ושרותים שזה משדרג פלאים את השהות. ובכל הוילה היה תמיד עם חיוך ודאג לנו מאוד.
