You know what struck me first about Milos Villas Complex? It’s tucked away in this perfect spot in Pefki where you actually feel like you’ve escaped the Rhodes tourist circus, but you’re still close enough to hit Lindos when the mood strikes. I mean, Pefki itself is sort of this sleepy coastal village that most people just drive through on their way to the more famous spots – which honestly works in your favor here.

The complex itself has that understated Greek island vibe that’s getting harder to find these days. None of that flashy resort nonsense, just solid stone and whitewash that actually feels authentic. The villas are spread out enough that you’re not hearing your neighbors’ conversations through paper-thin walls (trust me, I’ve been there), and each one has this little terrace situation where you can actually sit with your morning coffee without feeling like you’re on display. The furniture’s not fancy, but it’s comfortable and sturdy – the kind of stuff that can handle sandy feet and wet swimsuits without anyone freaking out. What really got me was how quiet it gets at night. Pefki shuts down pretty early compared to Rhodes Town, so you’ll actually sleep through the night instead of dealing with party noise until 3 AM.

The location thing is interesting because you’re about a 10-minute walk down to Pefki Beach, which is this nice stretch of pebbles and crystal-clear water that doesn’t get absolutely mobbed like some of the other beaches. If you rent a car – and honestly, you should – Lindos is maybe 15 minutes away, and you can hit all those postcard-perfect spots without having to stay right in the thick of it. There’s a little mini-market right in the village for basics, and a couple of tavernas that serve proper Greek food instead of tourist-trap versions. The family running Milos Villas actually knows the area inside and out, so they’ll point you toward the good stuff if you ask. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward – no upselling or lengthy presentations about timeshares, just keys and useful information about the island. Parking’s never an issue, which sounds boring but you’ll appreciate it when you’re trying to haul groceries and beach gear around. The only thing I’d mention is that if you’re someone who needs to be walking distance from nightlife and shopping, this might feel a bit too peaceful. But honestly, with a 9.8 rating, they’re clearly doing something right – and after staying there, I get it.

  Nice and quiet area, but still not to far from the city centre. Close to a small supermarket and walking distance to a bigger one. Great restaurants also within walking distance. Good parking space, and nice pool area with some inflatable toys for kids and adults. The kitchen was well equipped. But best of all, the host Manolis. He’s always there for all of your needs.

  Everything was amazing from start to finish. Manolis met us on arrival and gave us a detailed walk through of the villa and local amenities. The villa was stunning with everything you could ever need included. It is a quiet location however 10 minutes walk and you are at all the local bars and restaurants. The town is spotless and the locals and very welcoming.

  Villa Milos was perfect in every way.
  Very unique Suite was top spec and very well thought out.
  There is everything you need for a self catering holiday.
  Bed was so comfortable, lovely pillows too.
  Integrated washing machine so you don't have to wash clothes when you get home.
  Pool was amazing with jacuzzi jets you can adjust on the settings at the side of the pool.
  Pool was fabulous and sunbathing area really nice and spacious.
  Pool and villa lights at night was lovely and relaxing over a glass of wine.
  Manolis was very helpful with showing us around everything in the Villa and gave us lots of information of the area, restaurants ect…
  There is a parking bay for the villa up a little hill.
  15 – 20 minutes walk into town, bus stop at the top of the road. small supermarket 2 minutes away and Eleni restaurant very close.
  Would definitely recommend this villa to anyone. We loved it.

  Lovely Villa, very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Manolis was always on hand for any queries and responded quickly to any messages that we sent.The villa had everything we needed and we would have no hesitation in recommending.
  
  What could be improved: I would mention that the heat of the shower could occasionally fluctuate quickly from cool water to steaming hot. I'm not sure that anything could be done about this, and it didn't spoil our holiday in any way, but I would mention it in case of younger children visiting.

  This villa is beautiful! I stayed here with my husband and two adult daughters and it suited our needs perfectly. It is really well laid out, exceptionally clean and very well equipped.
  The location for us was perfect, a 10 minute walk from the centre, which was probably a bit too busy for our liking, but handy if that’s your thing. There was also a great supermarket and a handful of restaurants near by.
  Manolis is a fantastic host. He was there to meet us, with a smile on his face, even though we were later than expected. He couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you Manolis. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone. ☺️
  
  What could be improved: Maybe two bedside lamps in the bedroom instead of one would have been nice, but apart from that everything was perfect! 💕
