You know what really struck me when I first walked into Melenia Suites? It’s actually got this quiet confidence about it – not trying too hard to impress, but everything just feels right. The location on Marías Konstantáki street is honestly perfect if you want to be in Rhodes Town but away from the madness of the main tourist strips. I mean, you’re literally a five-minute walk from the medieval Old Town walls, but the street itself has this residential feel that most visitors never discover.

The suites themselves are spacious in that way Greek properties do well – high ceilings, clean lines, and windows that actually open (you’d be surprised how many hotels seal you in with AC only). What I love is how they’ve managed to keep things modern without losing that Mediterranean character. The kitchenettes are properly equipped too, which matters when you want to grab fresh tomatoes and feta from the local market and have breakfast on your balcony instead of paying hotel prices. Speaking of balconies – mine overlooked this little neighborhood courtyard where you could hear the locals chatting in the evenings, which honestly felt more authentic than staring at another hotel pool.

The staff here gets it right without being overly fussy about it. Check-in was smooth, they knew the neighborhood well enough to give actual useful directions (not just “turn left at the big hotel”), and housekeeping managed to be thorough without rearranging all your stuff. Parking can be a bit tricky in this part of town – well, parking’s tricky everywhere in Rhodes Old Town area – but they’ll sort you out with spots nearby. The whole operation feels like it’s run by people who actually understand what travelers need versus what hotels think they want. That 9.3 rating makes sense when you stay here; it’s not flashy enough to be a 10, but there’s genuinely nothing to complain about. If you’re the type who wants to explore Rhodes properly, sleep well, and not feel like you’re staying in some generic resort bubble, Melenia Suites hits that sweet spot perfectly.

  The place is at great location – walking distance to the beach (10mins) and to the old town (around 20minutes). The host and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The apartment has fully equipped kitchen. The rooms were spacy. The large bed was comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: The only minus was the noise from the street below. Our apartment was on the 1st floor and every noise from outside can be heard, even when the outside door was being opened.
  And also the bad wi-fi signal at the 1st floor.

  The location of the property was handy for us. Old town, marina and beaches are within easy walking distance.
  The property itself is spacious and has everything you need. This is purely for let accommodations.
  The daily housekeeping was great!
  Communication with Merilena was easy, helpful and excellent – very customer oriented approach.
  Aircons worked great.
  
  What could be improved: The furniture is a bit tired.
  Water drained slowly in the shower.

  Easy check in, great location, had a lovely courtyard and the bed was really comfortable. Overall the apartment was really nice.
  
  What could be improved: The wifi was very spotty when I got there but it got better after an hour or so. Also the Netflix and YouTube on the TV didnt work which was disppointing.

  The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, yet it’s surprisingly quiet. Communication with the owner was excellent—she responded quickly and was very accommodating. She provided great recommendations for beaches, restaurants, and bars, all of which were spot on. Whenever we needed anything, she made sure to arrange it for us. Highly recommend this place!

  The apartment is spacious, well equipped and it has everything for a short and long stay. Both beds, a double bed and a sofa bed, were comfortable.
  The staff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests.

  What could be improved: The shower booth and the bathroom generally are quite small.

  Great location. Clean and big apartment with full equipments.. Marilena suggested and answered for all questions. You can use whatsaap for chatting or calling to Marilena. Great service.
