You know what hit me first about Margarita luxury apartment 2? It’s actually tucked away on Poseidonos street in a way that feels completely separate from the chaos of central Faliraki – and honestly, that’s exactly what you want. I mean, you’re still close enough to stumble back from the main strip if that’s your thing, but when you wake up in the morning, you’re not dealing with the remnants of last night’s party scene echoing outside your window.

The place has this understated elegance that surprised me – not flashy luxury, but the kind where everything just works perfectly. The apartment itself feels more like staying at a well-appointed friend’s place than a typical hotel room. The kitchen actually has proper appliances (not those tiny European fridges that can barely hold a bottle of wine), and the bathroom has one of those rainfall showers that makes you want to stay in there way longer than necessary. What really impressed me was the attention to small details – quality linens that don’t feel scratchy, blackout curtains that actually block light, and air conditioning that doesn’t sound like a jet engine. The balcony overlooks some greenery rather than a parking lot, which is rarer than you’d think in this part of Rhodes.

The location is honestly perfect if you know Faliraki at all – you’re walking distance from Anthony Quinn Bay (which gets stupidly crowded after 11 AM, so go early), but you can also easily reach the quieter beaches toward Afandou if you rent a scooter. Parking isn’t a nightmare here like it is closer to the beach, and there’s a decent bakery about three minutes walk away where locals actually go for their morning coffee. The owners seem to genuinely care about the place – check-in was smooth, they responded quickly when I had a question about the WiFi, and they left some local recommendations that were actually useful rather than just tourist traps. The 9.7 rating makes sense once you’ve stayed here; it’s not trying to be a resort with a million amenities, but what it does, it does really well. If you want somewhere that feels like a proper retreat after days of exploring the island – somewhere you can spread out, cook a meal if you want, and not feel like you’re living in a hotel room – this is your spot.

  The apartment is perfectly located close to restaurants, bars, supermarkets and the Anthony Quinn Bay, a beautiful beach. The bed is very comfy, everything was clean, the kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need! It also has a balcony, where you can enjoy your breakfast in the sun I can totally recommend the place to everybody! Stamatia, our Host, was very friendly and surprised us with some easter cookies, as we were there around the easter holiday!

  The apartment is in a strategical location to visit the island. Stamatia is a fantastic person. It's difficult to find such a hospitality and kindness. The apartment was perfect furnished of everything and the cleaness was always at the top. We hope to came back there asap.

  Very comfortable apartment. You can feel like home. The owner is very nice and helpful. Nice tarrace with a cat's family. Kitchen fully equipped. Few shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. 10 minutes walk to the beach.

  Здесь очень чисто. Хозяйка любезная и приветливая, всегда откликнется на ваши просьбы. Уборка и замена постельного белья производилась регулярно каждые три дня. Расположение удобное. Кухня оборудована всем необходимым, много посуды, есть моющие средства и порошок для стиральной машины, обычные и бумажные полотенца. Апартаменты небольшие, но уютные. Санузел современный и удобный, вода из душа не растекается по всему полу, так как есть бордюр на полу, отделяющий душевую. Кровать удобная, интерьер комнаты удивительный. В тех апартаментах, где мы жили, похоже на 60-е годы прошлого года, тумбочки темного дерева с вязанными салфеточками, шкаф, кровать современная но тоже в заданном стиле. На стенах электрические светильники но выполнены в старинном стиле. Дверь входная оборудована открывающейся створкой с москитной сеткой и защитной решеткой, вторая дверь в комнате, рядом с витриной, двойная ( обычная стелянная и вторая сдвижная дверь-москитная сетка). Также в комнате на двери и витрине защитные жалюзи. Это позволяет спать ночью, не включая кондиционер.

  Appartamento molto pulito , fornito di tutto il necessario per la cucina e il bagno . Compreso lavatrice, forno , ferro da stiro, bollitore ecc…
  Posizione molto silenziosa e allo stesso tempo a 5 minuti dal mare e dal centro paese con ristoranti e negozi. Infine da non dimenticare la gentilezza e la disponibilità della proprietaria !

  Ήταν όλα υπέροχα! Η φιλοξενία, η καθαριότητα, οι παροχές, η ηρεμία..
  Πραγματικά μείναμε παραπάνω από ευχαριστημένοι τόσο με την κα Σταματία, όσο και με το δωμάτιο! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον επιλέξει διακοπές στη Ρόδο..

  Casa dotata di tutti i comfort e di tutti i servizi (lavatrice, stendino, piano cottura, aria condizionata…) E abbastanza ampia. Posizione vicina al centro di Faliraki. Ogni giorno l'appartamento veniva pulito e sistemato, non credevo!
