You know what honestly surprised me about Luxury Living Nisos? The location is absolutely perfect, but not in that generic “convenient location” way every hotel claims. I mean, you’re literally on Lochagou Fanouraki street, which — if you know Rhodes Town at all — puts you right in this sweet spot where you can walk to the medieval Old Town in about eight minutes, but you’re far enough away that you’re not dealing with the tourist chaos every time you step outside.

The first thing that hit me when I walked in was how they’ve managed to feel genuinely luxurious without being stuffy about it. The lobby has this modern Greek aesthetic that actually works (you’d be surprised how often hotels mess this up), and the staff — well, they seem to actually care, which is refreshing. Check-in was smooth, parking was sorted without drama, and honestly, the whole vibe just felt… effortless? That 9.9 rating makes total sense once you’re there. The rooms are spacious in a way that most European city hotels just aren’t, and the attention to detail is impressive — like, they’ve thought about where you’ll actually put your stuff, how the lighting works when you’re trying to get ready, that sort of thing. The bathrooms are properly modern too, which matters more than people admit when you’re staying somewhere for more than a night or two.

But here’s what really sold me on the place — it’s the kind of spot where you can have completely different experiences depending on what you’re after. Want to explore? You’re a fifteen-minute stroll from Mandraki Harbor where all the day trips leave, and the New Market is right there when you need actual groceries or want to eat where locals eat. Feeling lazy? The hotel itself is comfortable enough that you can just… stay put, and you won’t feel like you’re missing out. The neighborhood gets quiet in the evenings (not dead quiet, just peaceful), so you’ll actually sleep well, but during the day there’s enough going on that it feels alive. I particularly loved that you can walk to Elli Beach in the morning if you want to swim before the crowds show up, then spend the afternoon wandering through the Palace of the Grand Master without feeling rushed. The whole rhythm of staying here just works, if that makes sense. It’s one of those places where the four-star rating probably undersells it — they’ve clearly put thought into creating something special rather than just checking boxes on a luxury hotel list.

  Location was excellent to walk into the old and new town. Lot's of eateries to choose from.

  This place was perfect for our trip! It was central to walk between the port and old town, and anything we needed including supermarket was near by.
  The accommodation was extremely spacious and felt homely due to its furnishings and decor. Host was very helpful and great with communicating. Would absolutely stay here again.

  It is organized, well-furnished, you will be able to meet all your needs and you will have a wonderful land lord . I would recommend this house to everyone, its location is close to all kinds of restaurants pubs,supermarket rental car agencies.A 5-minute walk to the sea side .

  There aren’t enough positive words to describe this fabulous accommodation. 4 of us had the best time here. Better than photos, fabulous location, all the amenities you could want. The shower was amazing and the beds were wonderfully comfortable. It was fabulous to be able to open the living room doors to tge outdoor area. Hosts were great communicators and extremely helpful. Look forward to staying again. Would highly recommend

  the house was designed impressively with antiques and art works. all the facilities you need is there. the host was extremely helpful and kind. The MOST important is the location of the house, just in the heart of the center, very easy to walk to old town and shopping restaurant areas, as well as to beach. there is also parking place. the house was very clean. It was more than our expectations! thank you soo much!!

  We spent wonderful days in Stella's Villa Nisos. Stella is very flexible and extremely hospitable. We arrived late, but she managed to hand over the key. The villa is furnished in a very elegant style and is located in the center, a few minutes from all attractions. Thank you Stella! We will stay here again on our next trip to Rhodes.
