Okay, so I’ll be honest – when I first saw the name “Lindos Shore Summer House with Jacuzzi and sea view !!!” I was a bit skeptical. You know how it is with those overly excited listings that promise the world. But honestly? This place actually delivers on the hype, which is saying something because Lindos can be pretty hit-or-miss with accommodations during peak season.

The location is what really got me – you’re literally a few minutes’ walk from the main beach, but far enough up the hillside that you’re not dealing with the constant stream of day-trippers trudging past your window at 7am. I mean, Lindos gets absolutely packed during summer (we’re talking cruise ship levels of crowds), but this spot feels like you’ve found your own little pocket of peace. The sea view isn’t one of those “if you crane your neck and squint” situations either – it’s properly there, especially from that jacuzzi they keep mentioning. Actually spent way too many evenings in there watching the sunset paint the whole bay orange and pink. The water pressure is decent too, which… well, anyone who’s stayed in Greek island rentals knows that’s not always a given.

What I really appreciated was how the owner clearly knows the area. Check-in was smooth (they actually showed up on time, miracle!), and they gave me the real scoop on things – like how to avoid the main tourist path up to the Acropolis if you want to go early morning, or which taverna down by the harbor doesn’t jack up prices just because it has a view. The house itself feels lived-in rather than sterile, if that makes sense. There’s character here – proper Greek island character, not the Instagram-perfect white-and-blue stuff you see everywhere. The bedroom stays surprisingly cool even in July heat, and there’s actually enough space to spread out your stuff without feeling like you’re living out of a suitcase. Kitchen’s well-equipped too, which matters because eating out every meal in Lindos will absolutely destroy your budget. I ended up making breakfast most mornings and just enjoying the view with my coffee before the crowds descended on the village below. One small thing – parking can be a bit of a puzzle during peak season, but honestly that’s true for anywhere in Lindos. The owners help sort it out, and it’s still way easier than staying down in the village proper where you’re basically walking everywhere anyway.

  Perfect for us and our stay. Literally 5 minute walk from Pallas beach. The views over Lindos bay were superb, the airy lovely roof terraces gave for all our needs both day through to evening sundowners. The closest restaurant Broccolini, Easily the best home made pasta in Lindos ! All in all what a wonderful time we had for our daughter’s wedding.
  
  Good to note, if you grab all of the properties by lovely Phillipos, you can create a one big villa feel. We were away for our daughter’s wedding so all three properties together meant we could intermingle perfectly.
  
  Phillipos and George were the most brilliant support to me when I was bringing my elderly parents with us ‘on tour’. Nothing was too much trouble and we will definitely return.

  Fabulous location a short walk from the centre of gorgeous Lindos, and a mere 50 steps down to a more secluded area of pristine beach just away from the main beach. Glorious views out to sea at the front and up to the night-lit Acropolis behind. Wonderful villa, the courtyard with hot tub and the outdoor upper deck particular highlights. Beautifully appointed bedrooms and quality bathrooms with huge rainforest shower heads, body jets and all the Clarins toiletries and towels you could need. Super helpful and generous host. Definitely somewhere we would come back to!
  
  What could be improved: We loved everything, but! If you’re looking for somewhere in term time to get away from children, just be aware there is a delightful little primary school playground right next door! That said, it is only in use sporadically in the mornings. Also be aware, the kitchen and indoor sitting room, whilst functional, are tiny and you will spend more time eating and relaxing outside/elsewhere.

  Location and terraces: sea view in front, castle view on the back. Multiple sitting and lounging areas.

  We stayed in Lindos at the @lindos_homes_ in the Summer House having two decks which provides a surreal view of the Lindos Bay and a personal hot tub. Mr. Filippos, our host, made all the arrangements right from picking us up from the market yard to providing us with a welcome pack in the refrigerator which included daily essentials, beverages, food pack, fruits and a host other goodies to keep us engaged for our stay. This Villa has been the highlight of our Rhodes vacay going by the breathtaking views of the Lindos Bay from both the decks at any time of the day. The Pictures do not do justice to this place. The views from both the decks are unreal and only to be witnessed in person. We are back home now, but our hearts lie in Lindos. The hot tub spa, heaters in each room, amazing decor, lighting, top notch gadgetry and the sun decks are this property's highlights and reeks of luxury.
  
  What could be improved: Cant point out anything that bothered us, but there is always scope for improvement. Maybe, adding bathrobes, pairs of slippers and a charging point on the sofa side in the first sun deck would have helped. But I am nitpicking.
