Look, I’ve stayed at plenty of places in Rhodes, but Lindos Serenity Suites really caught me off guard – and honestly, that 9.4 rating isn’t just people being generous. When you first pull up (parking’s actually not terrible, which is saying something for this area), the place has this understated elegance that doesn’t scream “tourist trap.” It’s tucked away just enough from the main drag that you’re not dealing with the constant buzz of scooters and tour groups, but you can still walk to the ancient acropolis without breaking a sweat.

What I mean is, the location alone makes this place worth considering. You know how most hotels either stick you right in the chaos or way out where you need a taxi for everything? These guys found that sweet spot. The suites themselves – well, they’re actually suites, not just rooms with a sitting area thrown in as an afterthought. Mine had this little terrace where I could see glimpses of the sea between the traditional white houses, and honestly, sitting there with morning coffee became my daily ritual. The design strikes this nice balance between modern comfort and respecting the local architecture – you’re not staying in some generic box that could be anywhere in the Mediterranean.

The staff really gets it too, which makes a huge difference when you’re trying to navigate Lindos during peak season (avoid July-August crowds if you can, trust me). They’ll point you toward the better tavernas that locals actually use, not just the obvious tourist spots along the main path. I particularly appreciated that they didn’t hover – you know that thing some places do where they’re constantly asking if everything’s okay? None of that here. The service felt natural, like they genuinely wanted you to have a good time rather than just checking boxes. One thing though – if you’re planning to explore the acropolis, get there early morning or late afternoon. The midday sun is brutal, and the ancient stones get hot enough to cook on. The hotel’s location means you can easily duck back for a siesta when things get too intense, then head out again when the light gets golden and perfect for photos. It’s that kind of flexibility that makes a 4-star place feel more luxurious than some 5-star resorts where everything’s scheduled and structured.

  Great location. Quiet but only five minutes away from bars Nd restaurants. Our hodt Philip was excellent – good communication from beginning to end and very helpful on taxis etc

  Excellent property in the heart of town but in quiet location. Amazing hosts who clearly communicated directions regarding checking-in and checking-out. The property has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Beautifully decorated with all necessities. Modern, clean and spacious. We would happily stay here again.

  We were amazed by this apartment. It is clean, very well located, has all the equipment required, and the private terrass is a big bonus, giving us the whole view of Lindos. It looks exactly like in the pictures. Close to two wonderful beaches.

  A beautiful property, well appointed bathroom complete with toiletries and plenty of towels. The kitchen/lounge area is spacious with everything needed to cook, lovely coffee machine, very comfortable relaxing area. The bedroom has plenty of room, very comfortable bed, patio doors which lead onto a lovely sun terrace. All throughout the Owners have thought about how to make their guests stay as comfortable as possible while keeping a high level of style with good attention to detail. This included a complimentary beach towel, snacks and two good bottles of wine on arrival. Additionally, the information and communication with the owners during booking and on arrival was greatly appreciated.

  Great place. Really nicely fitted out, and in an excellent location just two small blocks off the main drag. So nice and quiet, but 2 mins walk from bars and restaurants. Excellent attention to detail with nice touches such as high quality TV with Netflix access for all, Marshall bluetooth speaker, and generous welcome pack. Would definitely stay there again.
