So here’s the thing about Lindos SeaStar Apartment – it’s one of those places where you actually feel like you’re staying in someone’s home rather than just another tourist crash pad. I mean, you’re literally in the heart of Lindos village, which honestly can be a blessing and a curse depending on what you’re after. The narrow cobblestone streets mean you’ll hear the clip-clop of donkeys carrying luggage up to the Acropolis in the morning (yeah, that’s still a thing), but it also means you’re a two-minute stumble from some of the best tavernas on the island.

What really got me about this place is how they’ve managed to keep that authentic Greek island vibe without skimping on the stuff that actually matters. The apartment itself feels properly lived-in – not sterile like those cookie-cutter resort rooms – with thick stone walls that keep things surprisingly cool even when it’s blazing outside. You know what I loved? The little balcony where you can sit with your morning coffee and watch the village wake up. Sure, you can’t see the sea from every angle, but catch the light just right in the evening and you’ll get glimpses of the Aegean between the traditional houses. The Wi-Fi actually works (miracle in these old stone buildings), and there’s proper air conditioning, which you’ll definitely need if you’re visiting between June and September.

Now, parking – let me save you some stress here. You can’t drive into the village center, so you’ll need to park in the main lot and walk about ten minutes through those winding streets. Pack light or be prepared for a bit of a workout with your luggage. But honestly, once you’re settled, you won’t want to leave anyway. The beach at Lindos Bay is gorgeous – that perfect turquoise water you see in all the photos – and it’s just a fifteen-minute walk downhill from the apartment. The walk back up is, well, let’s just say it’s character-building after a day in the sun. The staff here actually seem to care, which is refreshing. They’ll sort you out with restaurant recommendations that locals actually go to, not just the tourist traps. I’d definitely stay here again, especially in shoulder season when the village has more breathing room and you can really soak up that timeless Rhodes charm without fighting crowds for every Instagram shot.

  It was a lovely little apartment just perfect for a couple. A very close walk down hill to the main beach and a short but steep up hill journey to the main town. But in all it was a fantastic stay and both myself and partner enjoyed it.
  
  What could be improved: The up hill journey to the main town was hard in the heat but it probably helped burn off a few pounds.

  Fantastic location, right between the beaches and the town centre, <5 mins to each. Property is just the right size and is well furnished for 2 people. Lovely view of the Acropolis from the window.
  
  What could be improved: Only one thing (as it's not unique to this property): Old Greek plumbing requiring you to dispose of used toilet paper in bins instead of the WC.

  The location was excellent and it was a lovely unit with a lovely outdoor patio. It was a 1 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to the old city, and 10 minute walk to the acropolis. It was quiet at night, yet walkable to all the amenities you came to visit – without the crowds around your unit. There was free parking 50 feet from the unit so you could easily transfer your luggage from the car to the unit. The kitchen had a gas stove & oven for cooking and a larger refrigerator.
  
  What could be improved: The unit is perfect for a holiday, but as it has limited working space, it would be difficult for 2 people to remote work as there is no dedicated work space, (except to share the small kitchen table, or bring in the patio table) – but for a romantic holiday it is perfect.
  The internet was spotty, and sometimes didn't work, but there were tons of restaurants around to use their WIFI while eating. Again, great for holiday, but not sustainable for a remote work situation.

  The location is amazing – really close to the beach, like 3 minutes by foot! Lindos city center also was approximately 5-7 minutes by foot.
  Host was available, we had complimentary wine and fruits, it was nice touch!
  Apartment has privacy, no extra people around you.
  
  What could be improved: Everything was really nice!
  One thing, no TV options, sometimes after long day we wanted to switch it on, but nothing was working, that was strange because remote and TV is at apartment.

  What could be improved: I thought it would be more up market for the price. It’s looking a bit tired. The main beach is a disgrace needs a good clean up. Very expensive place all of Rhodes
