You know what really struck me about Lindos Nest when I first walked up? It doesn’t try to be something it’s not. Tucked right on Main Street in Pefki – which, honestly, is more like a charming village road than what you’d picture as a “main street” – this place has that authentic Greek island feel without the tourist trap vibe. I mean, you’re literally a two-minute walk from Pefki Beach, and I actually timed it because I’m weird like that, but more importantly, you can hear the waves from some of the rooms if you open the balcony doors at night.

The whole setup here is pretty smart, actually. They’ve got this traditional Rhodian architecture thing going on (white-washed walls, blue accents – you know the drill), but the interiors are surprisingly modern without feeling sterile. My room had this little kitchenette that I wasn’t expecting, which turned out to be perfect for making coffee with the local honey I picked up from that tiny shop next to the bakery down the street. The staff – and this is where you can tell it’s family-run – they actually remember your name after day two, and Maria at the front desk knows exactly which tavernas to avoid during the crazy busy August weeks. She steered me toward this incredible little place called Philosophia that’s maybe a ten-minute walk toward Lindos village, where the locals actually eat.

What I really appreciate about staying here is the location strategy, if that makes sense. You’re close enough to Lindos proper that you can walk there in about fifteen minutes (though honestly, take the bus when it’s hot because that hill is no joke), but far enough away that you’re not dealing with the cruise ship crowds that flood the main village every morning around 10 AM. Pefki itself has this laid-back evening energy – people strolling around after dinner, kids playing in the small square, that sort of authentic Greek island life you hope to stumble into. The hotel sits right in the middle of it all, so you feel connected to the neighborhood rather than isolated in some resort bubble. Plus, parking is actually manageable here, which anyone who’s driven around Rhodes in summer will tell you is basically a miracle. The 8.7 rating makes total sense to me – it’s the kind of place that gets the important stuff right without any unnecessary fuss.

  We loved the fact that this property is located close enough to many beaches but also is small and intimate for couples and friends to enjoy. The staff are absolutely amazing, helpful and hospitable. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a well priced not overcrowded place to stay. We wished we stayed longer. Thank you to everyone. The pool was lovely and breakfast by the pool every morning was a delight. Breakfast had everything you need with plenty of options for all.

  A wonderful stay with sea views and romance
  Hotel Lindos NES truly exceeded our expectations. It has been newly renovated, with a modern yet cozy design. Located in a peaceful area, it offers total relaxation, while still being just a few minutes’ walk from the center of Lindos. The staff were always kind, helpful, and welcoming. We stayed in a room with a private pool and a breathtaking view of both the town and the sea – absolutely unforgettable, especially at sunset. We would love to come back again!
