You know what struck me first about Lindos Imperial? It’s not actually in Lindos at all – it’s down south in Kiotari, which honestly works in its favor. While everyone’s cramming into the narrow streets of Lindos village (gorgeous, but good luck finding parking), you’re sprawled out on this gorgeous stretch of Kiotari beach that feels like you’ve got half of it to yourself.

The resort itself has that polished, upscale vibe you’d expect from a 5-star place, but it doesn’t feel stuffy. I mean, the lobby’s impressive with all that marble and those soaring ceilings, though the check-in can get a bit backed up during peak summer months – just something to expect if you’re arriving on a Saturday in July. What really got me was stepping out onto their main terrace area… the view across the Aegean is just ridiculous. On clear days (which is most days here, let’s be honest), you can actually make out the Turkish coastline in the distance. The spa’s definitely worth mentioning too – they’ve got this whole thalassotherapy thing going on, using seawater treatments that actually make sense given where you are.

Here’s the thing about staying in Kiotari versus closer to Rhodes town – you’re trading some nightlife convenience for genuine relaxation. Sure, you’ll need to rent a car or rely on taxis to explore (Lindos village is about 10 minutes north, Rhodes town maybe 45), but that also means your evenings are quieter. The resort’s restaurants are solid, especially the Greek taverna-style one by the pool, though I’d still recommend venturing out to some of the family-run places in Kiotari village itself. The staff here generally know their stuff about local recommendations, and most speak excellent English. One small thing – the Wi-Fi can be spotty in some of the rooms further from the main building, but honestly, isn’t that kind of what you want on a Greek island vacation anyway? The whole place has this relaxed elegance that works whether you’re here for a romantic getaway or with kids who want to spend all day in that massive pool complex.

  The resort, pools, rooms and eating arras were very modern and clean.
  
  What could be improved: Didn’t like having to walk all the way to the other side of the resort for the activity centre and amphitheatre. to be with my grandchildren.

  Check in process, the App, the pool and generally the overall site. Food was most of the time lovely but not always.
  
  What could be improved: We felt at times that the resort Spa in some areas was just opening up for the season so some maintenance was happening around many areas of the resort.

  Had tons of restaurants and bars and things to do. Very pretty location. Nice beach.
  
  What could be improved: Staff wasn’t very friendly. Most of the staff seemed annoyed whenever we talked to them. Dinning room manager scolded us when we asked for bottled water because the juice machines and coffee machines didn’t work one morning.

  The pools were amazing, also by visiting in October we avoided the crowd. Excellent food and plenty of choices from different restaurant.

  What could be improved: The bed was not so comfortable for me, I'd prefer more a hard surface and this one definitely wasnt.
  Also they use an app to book restaurant, spa, massages, etc, but it was difficult to understand it at first and no one gave us instructions on how to use it.

  the Girl at the reception Klara was very nice, for us she worked instead of every other staff) and the woman who cleand our room was also very nice. But other staff mostly was not pleasant, maybe they were tired because of the end of the season. The room was clean, good view to the ocean, huge territory of the hotel allows you to feel yourself comfortable. There are enough places for children activities and a lot of children. We traveled with the 2 year old. They tried to differ the menu in the main restaurant and have a lot of additional al-acart restaurants, Italian was very nice one. Generally hotel is very big and pleasant with a lot of green and it is rather beautiful and comfortable. If you are not spoiled with Turkish and Egyptian all inclusive hotels you will definitely like it. there is a good public transportation system right near the hotel so that you can get to any location of the island by bus.
  
  What could be improved: the main thing i did not like was personal, waiters were indifferent, they often gather together in small groups and just talk instead of serving. At the same time they sometimes became involved but mostly because of the cute baby. I especially did not like the SPA zone. You can't just get to the gym you need a make a reservation, the same with the sauna. And there is especial application that works only with special code, it stopped working in two days. I exercise every single day but managed to visit Gym only once, I had to exercise in the room. I did not go to the sauna arter having a look at it, it was twice smaller than sauna in our home residence, I think it is too much noise about all this with these reservations. Actually it seemed to me that the name "Lindos Premium resort and SPA" does not suit it enough, SPA is very weak.
  the next thing that I did not like was food, here I think the problem is the Chef, they definitely need to fire him. Any good product can be spoiled, there were a lot of fish but I could not enjoy it, cookies were too sugary, though the choice was good enough. People who fried eggs in the middle of the food court always burned them, so that it was difficult to eat them, especially for our baby. Definitely the problem is in the Chef. It is a pitty that money spent on good products are waisted because of bad cooking.

  We specifically chose your hotel to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary with our children. We read many recommendations, and most of them were accurate – the place is very clean, we received a warm welcome, and there was a lovely surprise in the room for us.
  
  What could be improved: The view from the 5000 rooms is absolutely stunning, but we recommend booking a tuk-tuk as the walk is long and steep. The beach, however, was not as nice as we expected. The food in the main dining room was decent, but the snack bar options were not to our taste.
  
  Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but a few areas could use improvement.

  2. The water in the pools is very cold, there is no heating
  3 To get a towel for the pool you have to go to the spa, which is on the other side of the hotel, and change towels only every two days
  4. Pouring alcohol only until 12 at night
