Look, I’ve stayed in my fair share of places in Rhodes, but this villa in Lindos actually caught me off guard – and I mean that in the best way possible. The name’s a bit over-the-top with all those exclamation marks, but honestly? They’re not lying about the Acropolis view. When you’re soaking in that jacuzzi at sunset, watching the ancient columns turn golden against the sky, you’ll understand why someone got a little carried away with the punctuation.

The thing about Lindos is that it gets absolutely mobbed during the day – I’m talking cruise ship crowds flooding those narrow cobblestone streets from about 10 AM until late afternoon. But here’s what’s brilliant about this place: it sits just far enough up the hillside that you’re removed from all that chaos, yet close enough that you can wander down to Captain’s House or Mavrikos for dinner without breaking a sweat. The walk back up is another story (those stones get slippery after a few glasses of ouzo), but that’s half the charm, right? The villa itself feels more like someone’s well-appointed home than a typical rental. The jacuzzi isn’t just some afterthought stuck on a balcony – it’s actually integrated into this gorgeous terrace space where you can see both the Acropolis and catch glimpses of St. Paul’s Bay. I spent way too many mornings there with coffee, watching the fishing boats head out before the day-trippers arrived.

What really sold me on the place was the practical stuff nobody talks about in those glossy photos. There’s actually decent parking nearby (trust me, this matters in Lindos), the air conditioning works properly – not always a given in these traditional buildings – and the kitchen has everything you need if you want to grab fresh seafood from the harbor and cook it yourself. The owner clearly knows what travelers actually need versus what looks good on Instagram. You know what surprised me most? How quiet it gets at night. Once the tour groups clear out and the restaurants wind down, Lindos transforms into this peaceful village where you can hear the waves and maybe some distant Greek music drifting up from the tavernas. That 9.8 rating isn’t just people being generous – this place genuinely delivers on creating that perfect Greek island experience without the tourist trap feeling that can plague some of the more famous spots.

  Loved everything.
  Villa is superb – old and traditional and modern too. It has been refurbished from an old family home to an up to date spectacular, artistic house right in the centre of old Lindos…yet not too close to the noise and bustle of the bars and shops.
  We were 4 old folk in our 60s and 70s and it was perfect. It would be perfect also for a younger romantic couple; or a family with young children.
  George and his wife are artistic, generous, welcoming and beautiful too:)
  We were delighted with the generous welcome pack that awaited us – bottles of water, plenty of bread, butter, cheeses, ham, wine, beer, coffee – enough for all our breakfasts.
  The lady who cleaned for us every day was lovely too…she picked me a bunch of bougainvillea for me to dry out to make confetti for our daughter's wedding and she was so pleased to do that for us…as well as keeping the villa spotless.
  You have to visit George's jewellery shop in the village – a very creative designer of top quality rings, earring, pendants etc. He is so kind and good fun too.
  More than recommend you stay at Villa Allure – in my opinion it is the best house available in Lindos and well worth the money. Thank you George and Chrysanthi.

  From start to finish George and his wife have been wonderful! Their beautiful villa is close to bars and restaurants by foot, but yet very peaceful. The view towards the Acropolis was impressive.

  The villa is a perfect balance of style amd comfort. The electric roof sunblinds were such a brilliant idea and very effective at providing shade. The jacuzzi was perfect for relaxing amd cooling off. The aircon was the best we have ever encountered and unbelievably quiet too. Beds and pillows very comfy. The kitchen was very well equipped and the welcome supplies that George provided were very generous and. much appreciated!

  Fantastic location right in the heart of Lindos town only 5 minutes walk to restaurants and shops. View of the Acropolis only 10-15 minutes walk away. Beaches very close by too. Lovely rooftop terrace with jacuzzi. George the owner met us on arrival and showed us where everything was in the villa.

  We, as two families, stayed in the villa. With our friends having two children and us having one, the spaciousness of the house was more than adequate. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the hosts. The villa's location is excellent, and we were highly satisfied with the cleanliness; daily cleaning was a bonus. The thoughtful gestures made us exceedingly happy. If you're visiting Rhodes, make sure to acquaint yourself with this beautiful house and its owners in Lindos.   Everything about the Lindos Allure Villa was perfect. We could not have asked for a better location in the city – a quick walk to the beach, acropolis, restaurants and shopping. The space itself was exactly what we needed, with a great patio downstairs and an amazing balcony with a hot tub overlooking the city. George met us at the parking location and walked us down to the villa, gave us an excellent tour of the space and was available for any questions we had during our stay. He recommended restaurants to go to and markets close by to shop.
