Hotel Description
You know what struck me first about Lindian Village? It’s not actually in Lindos at all – which honestly might be the best thing about it. The resort sits right on Lardos Beach in Kiotari, about a fifteen-minute drive south of the famous village, and that distance means you get all the charm without the cruise ship crowds that swarm Lindos proper during summer months.
The location is pretty brilliant when you think about it. Lardos Beach stretches for miles with this gorgeous mix of sand and smooth pebbles, and since most tourists stick to the beaches closer to Rhodes Town or Lindos, you’ve got relatively peaceful swimming here. The water’s that incredible Aegean blue-green that somehow looks fake in photos but hits you right in the chest when you see it in person. I mean, we’re talking five-star territory here, so yeah, the beachfront setup is exactly what you’d expect – comfortable loungers, attentive service, the works – but what impressed me was how they managed to keep things feeling relaxed rather than stuffy.
The all-inclusive aspect actually works well here, which isn’t something I say lightly. Too many resorts phone it in with mediocre buffets and watered-down drinks, but the Curio Collection standards show through. The restaurants have genuine variety (not just “Mediterranean night” versions of the same basic menu), and the bars don’t make you feel like you’re being rationed. What really won me over, though, was the staff’s knowledge of the area. Ask about hiking up to Monolithos Castle or where to find the best souvlaki in nearby Gennadi, and you’ll get detailed directions, not blank stares. The concierge actually marked up my map with local beaches that don’t appear in guidebooks – places like Plimmiri where you might see more fishing boats than umbrellas.
Timing matters here, by the way. June and September are sweet spots when the weather’s perfect but the island hasn’t hit peak chaos. July and August bring the heat and the crowds, though the resort’s positioning means you’re somewhat insulated from the worst of it. The rooms face either the sea or the gardens, and honestly, both have their merits – sea views for the obvious reasons, garden views for better sleep since you’re away from any late-night beach bar noise (though it’s minimal anyway). Check-in was smooth, parking’s handled, and the whole operation runs with that polished efficiency you want when you’re trying to actually relax. This isn’t a place you go to discover “authentic Greece” – drive inland to the mountain villages for that – but if you want serious comfort with easy access to Rhodes’ highlights, it delivers without the pretension that sometimes comes with five-star beach properties.

The room and the facilities and the staff
What could be improved: The location it’s far from the CenterMykyta from United Kingdom – 28 October 2024 (9/10)
It is what it is—metamorphosis. It's about relaxation and chilling. Don't expect parties or a lot of activities. Enjoy the sun in the shade under the beautiful trees, or play tennis when the heat is over. The design and concept are great for those who love minimalism. Also, surprisingly good coffee 🙂 Great food. P.S. The booking team doesn't show the photos I attached for some reason. The design is stunning, and many people will enjoy it.
What could be improved: It was not perfect. There are small, minor things to fix; however, the staff tries to fix everything and make your stay brilliant. I would give it ten without minor frustrations, but that's my experience, and maybe you will be luckier. Also, you should get all-inclusive to enjoy all the benefits. It's not the best hotel if you prefer fish over meat. I stayed for 10 days, and during the last few days, I tried everything.Sok from Greece – 24 October 2024 (8/10)
The room is spacious the staff kind. We enjoyed our stay. The location is amazing

We visited for a week on our honeymoon and it was the best decision to stay at this hotel: IT WAS PERFECT!
The cute and pleasant welcome gift from a hotel was the ideal start of our vacation, which was very thoughtful of a staff.
We chose all-inclusive: we had a free mini-bar which was refilled everyday by our choice, the main restaurant where u can east breakfast, lunch and dinner + 3 different restaurants that u can dine in once at each (japanese was the best for us!) Also, there was a “Yummy truck” with tasty burgers (even vegetarian ones and bowls) and “Dream’n’Creams” (with delicious pancakes and ice creams). The food in wholesome was something! Especially in the japanese restaurant the flavours were new to us and we loved it!
We red before the bad reviews about the lack of various meals in the restaurant, but we thoughg the opposite – for any time of a day there’s a plenty of food u can choose from! Fruits, vegetables, pancakes, ice creams, bread, cakes, pies, pasta, fishes, different kind of cheese and meat, you name it.
Talking about the interior – love it! Reminds boho and arabian at the same time.
We had a room with a private pool, but the beach was so good that we stayed moatly at the beach, which was quite (almost all of the families with children were at the general pool. The beach is clean, you can find various activities. We chose a jet-ski, which was super fun, you get 15min for 45€.
A HUGE THANKS TO NIKKI AND AL. So kind, caring, professional and always with a smile. It was such a pleasure to meet these people! Also, compliments to a bartender (didn’t get a chance to get his name, as heard it’s Pedro maybe, apologies if wrong) with a long hair and an earring – so professional, funny and always asking if we need something at the beach.
Overall all of the staff are such a perfect example how the guests should be greeted.
Hopefully we’ll come on our wedding anniversary, because this hotel is the best we’ve ever stayed before at.❤️
What could be improved: For the improvement just a tiny thing: communicate with a housekeepers to check the towels, because sometimes there would be tiny dots and spots, but whenever asking – they would straight away give us a new ones.Dogancan from United States – 23 September 2024 (8/10)
The room was really spacious., the staff accommodated all of our requests and the beach amentias were really great. pool and beach service for food and drinks was cherry on top of everything the hotel had to offer.
What could be improved: getting to and from the hotel was a bit of a hustle. unless you are renting a car, finding cabs around the island is not easy, but it should be noted that driving on the island is also very risky. wish they had better public transportation on the islandDean from Israel – 21 September 2024 (8/10)
Traveling with a baby is never easy, but the staff and the facilities were perfect and comfortable for us. The staff was amazing and helped with everything we needed.
Βαγγέλης from Greece – 20 September 2024 (8/10)
Friendly staff and amazing guest service.
Vary spacious bohemian suite and the breakfast was amazing especially the croissants 🥰🇬🇷🇬🇷
I will come againLeonidas from Saudi Arabia – 18 September 2024 (8/10)
– Picturesque hotel overall, excellent room, high quality breakfast, very friendly stall overall ( special mention for Mr Vasilis at reception, Mr Stergios manager of Alas restaurant and Mr Giannis at beach club for their kindness and willingness to help), fantastic beach
– Very nice kids club, although facilities and schedule were not very impressive our daughter enjoyed very much and couldn`t wait to join every day
What could be improved: – Reservation system for a`la cart restaurants (included in the "all inclusive" policy) was highly problematic. When we arrived, immediately(!), we tried to book ourselves and surprisingly we were informed that we couldn`t make any reservation because all were fully booked ahead for every day of our stay ! After we complained, they manage to book us 2/3 days. The funny thing is that when we were going at the restaurants they were more than 50-60% empty. Clearly hotel management was "directing" silently guests to buffet dinner which everybody knows that is always cheaper.
– Manager of Nicu (Peruvian/Asian) restaurant was not very polite, (unfortunately can`t recall his name, but was something "Italian"). First he didn`t accept that we had a reservation (made by the reception manager after our complain) while restaurant had several empty tables and then he was trying to charge us for our daughter`s appetizer, although the policy was clear that all guests are allowed 3 course dinner. Anyhow after our complain he didn`t charge us.
– Hotel suffered a lot from last year`s large wildfire, some areas (pool etc) destroyed by fire. Although they have maintained everything the surrounding landscape outside hotel is a little bit miserable. Of course not to blame hotel as mother nature needs time to rebuilt the forestMay from United Kingdom – 17 September 2024 (8/10)
Resort beach location – the design of the property was so pretty with the beautiful greenery & flowers & river flowing through the resort. The suite we stayed in had its on private pool which was a brilliant addition to our holiday. It comfortably slept 4 adults.
The hotel has some lovely friendly staff.
What could be improved: Some of the room furniture is so uncomfortable for sitting on. Definitely design over function. Hard wooden edges don’t work for lounging & chilling both in the room & outside on the private patio. Not enough hanging space / storage for 4 adults to put clothing, toiletries. 2 people have to be willing to just live out of their suitcase.
The All Inclusive & Half Board options are not clear. Staff don’t tell you that by selecting certain food/ drinks/mini bar options you will be incurring an extra charge. These are the customer service details which can upset your holiday. However when I raised my concern with the hotel all charges were removed.
Food options had very mixed results – the Italian restaurant was great but the Asian restaurant was very disappointing. This also seemed to be for the buffet restaurant- sometimes it was good other times the selection was bad – we found the Greek night the worst meal of the buffet nights.Branka from Switzerland – 15 September 2024 (8/10)
A wonderful room with all the amenities, and an excellent all-inclusive offer with outstanding service. There’s plenty of variety, with the option to book a meal at the Italian, Asian, or Greek restaurant. The hotel’s private beach, along with the pool area and fantastic bar, leaves nothing to be desired. And let’s not forget the magnificent spa.
It’s a quick bus or taxi ride to Lindos, where you can explore the charming town.
The young and dedicated team makes you feel truly welcome, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit.
