You know what caught me off guard about LA Casa Di Lusso N6? I mean, I’ve stayed at plenty of adults-only places that feel stuffy or pretentious, but this one actually gets it right. It’s tucked away on Enomenis Evropis street in Kolimbia – honestly, I almost walked past it the first time because it doesn’t scream “look at me” from the sidewalk. But that’s sort of the point, isn’t it? The whole vibe is understated luxury, like someone’s sophisticated friend invited you to their really nice Greek hideaway.

The location is honestly perfect if you know Kolimbia at all. You’re close enough to hear the waves (which I found oddly soothing at night), but far enough from the main strip that you won’t deal with drunk tourists stumbling around at 2 AM. I could walk to that little taverna everyone raves about – you know, the one where the owner’s grandmother still makes the moussaka – in maybe five minutes. The beach access is straightforward too, none of that hiking down sketchy paths nonsense. What really impressed me was how quiet it stays during the day. I mean, Rhodes gets absolutely packed in July and August, but somehow this place maintains this zen atmosphere. The staff actually remembers your name after day two, which sounds small but makes such a difference when you’re trying to unwind.

The rooms themselves – well, they’re what you’d expect from a solid 4-star, but with those little touches that bump it up a notch. The shower pressure is phenomenal (trust me, this matters more than you think when you’ve been walking around Greek ruins all day), and the air conditioning doesn’t sound like a jet engine. I loved that they didn’t go overboard with the “Greek island” theming – no cheesy blue and white everything. It feels sophisticated without being cold. The adults-only policy really works here too. There’s this lovely pool area where you can actually read a book without someone’s kid cannonballing every ten minutes. The whole property has this calm, romantic energy that couples seem to gravitate toward. I saw the same faces at breakfast each morning, and everyone just looked… relaxed, you know? That 9.6 rating makes total sense once you’re there – it’s not trying to be the flashiest place on the island, but everything just works the way it should. If you’re looking for that sweet spot between boutique charm and reliable comfort in Kolimbia, this is probably your place.

  This was the perfect place to relax. The garden and pool area are beautiful and relaxing. The hosts are wonderful, we arrived early and they already had the apartment ready for us, which was a great surprise and also gave us a delicious gift when we left. The place is five minutes from the beach and the bus stop is just a few minutes away, on the same street. I was very happy with our accommodation choice.
  
  What could be improved: You can hear the vehicles on the street in the bedroom as well, but we had earplugs, so we didn't have any trouble sleeping.

  Allen voran muss man den Gastgeber Leonidas mit seinen Eltern erwähnen. Sehr ausgeprägte Gastfreundschaft, wodurch man sich von Beginn an sehr wohl fühlt.
  
  Die Anlage ist überschaubar und hat über das Gelände verteilt nur wenige Appartements, sodass es insgesamt ruhig ist. Der Pool mit den Liegen rundum lädt zum Chillen ein. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Anlage, wo es immer mal wieder schöne Möglichkeiten zum Sitzen gibt (u.a. eine Sitz- und Grillecke).

  Das Apartment befindet sich in einer traumhaften Anlage mit stilvollem Pool und Ausblick. Dort gibt es auch eine kleine Poolbar mit leckeren Cocktails. Außerdem Frühstück und Snacks, das haben wir allerdings leider nicht probiert.
  Leonidas hat uns ein Video für unseren Late Check in geschickt und stand stets für Fragen zur Verfügung. Die familiäre Atmosphäre hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Abschiedsgeschenk hat dem noch eine Krone aufgesetzt. Danke für die schöne Zeit 🙂

  L’hôte était très gentil, il était vraiment la pour nous aider a découvrir l’île ainsi que le quartier et il connaît de super adresses. Le lieu est magnifique, calme et reposant. La piscine et très belle et le jardin aussi. Il y’a des vélos a disposition pour se balader et un arrêt de bus pour les excursions tout prêt. La plage est proche également. Nous avons adoré notre séjour !

  Dieses Haus ist im Besitz einer zauberhaften Familie. Sehr liebevoller persönlicher Empfang. Saubere und komfortable Zimmer. Alles vorhanden, was man für die Selbstversorgung benötigt. Der Garten mit Pool sehr gepflegt und hübsch eingerichtet. Auch für Spätabreisende ist gesorgt. Man kann Gepäck sicher abstellen und auch noch einmal duschen, wenn man erst am Nachmittag abreist, jedoch schon auschecken musste. Zum Abschied gab es noch eine leckere selbstgemachte Marmalade. Der Strand ist in 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Einfach die Straße geradeaus runter. Uns hat gefallen, dass wir ein wenig abseits von den großen lauten All-Inklusiv-Hotels gewohnt haben. Ein kleines Paradies nur für uns. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und wenn wir wiederkommen, dann auf jeden Fall hierher.

  Der Außenbereich ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet, ein toller Kontrast zu den großen Hotels in der Nähe. Im Garten und am Pool kann man sich in Ruhe entspannen oder in 5 Minuten zum nächsten Strand laufen.
  Mit den Bussen (Haltestellen gibt es direkt vor der Tür und auch an vielen anderen Ecken) kommt man super nach Rhodos, Lindos, Tsambika usw.). Ich bin ohne Auto unterwegs und das ging alles wunderbar. Nur zum Einkaufen muss man etwas laufen. Die Landschaft (Berge und Meer) kann man sehr gut zu Fuß erobern.

  Fantastiskt oas med underbara omgivningar, lugnt och skönt, flera mysiga sittplatser, härligt poolområde med en massa fruktträd och vacker utsikt över bergen. Ligger i utkanten av Kolymbia, tar 5-10 minuter till stranden och ca 15 minuter in till där de flesta restaurangerna ligger men det finns även restauranger inom 5 minuters promenad. Familjen som har dessa fem semesterhus/lgh är otroligt trevliga och hjälpsamma och bjuder på vin och baklava vid ankomst och hemkokt marmelad från fruktträdgården vid hemfärd. Kan varmt rekommendera detta ställe!

  Tolle Unterkunft mit super netten Gastgebern! Der Außenbereich ist modern und schön gestaltet. Darüber hinaus war es sehr ruhig. Auto empfehlenswert aber nicht unbedingt notwendig. Bus fährt um die Ecke ab.
  
  Zimmer sind mit allem nötigen eingerichtet. Klimalage vorhanden. Internet schnell genug zum Arbeiten.
  
  What could be improved: Bett ist sehr hart, man merkt die Federn. Ansonsten alles super!
