Hotel Description

You know what struck me first about Kouros Exclusive? It’s tucked away on Apollonos street in a way that feels intentional – like they actually thought about privacy instead of just slapping “adults only” on the sign and calling it a day. I mean, Faliraki gets this reputation for being all party beaches and tourist chaos, but this little pocket feels completely removed from that energy. You’re maybe a ten-minute walk from the main strip, but honestly, it might as well be a different world.

The whole place has this understated elegance that I wasn’t expecting from a four-star property. The suites – and they really are proper suites, not those hotel rooms with a curtain divider – have these gorgeous marble touches that feel authentically Greek without being kitschy about it. What I loved was how quiet it stays, even during peak season in July when I visited. The pool area becomes this perfect sanctuary around 4 PM when the afternoon light hits just right, and there’s usually this gentle breeze that comes up from the coast. The staff genuinely seems to know everyone’s names by day two, which sounds small but makes such a difference when you’re trying to actually relax.

Here’s the thing though – and this is why that 9.3 rating makes complete sense – they’ve figured out the details that most places miss. The check-in was seamless (I got there early and they had my room ready), there’s actually decent parking if you’re renting a car to explore the island, and the breakfast setup doesn’t feel like a cattle call. Plus, being adults-only isn’t just a marketing gimmick here; there’s a real sense that everyone’s on the same page about wanting a peaceful getaway. The location gives you easy access to some of the better beaches along this stretch of coast – Ladiko is gorgeous and way less crowded than the main Faliraki beach – but you’re not stuck in the middle of all the noise. I’d definitely go back, and I’m pretty picky about hotels these days.

  Location of Kouros is great, it is very quiet but you are only a 15 minute walk from the strip in Faliraki if you want it a little livelier.
  The rooms are spacious and clean, and maid service is daily, clean towels etc.
  There was a large variety for breakfast including cooked English breakfast to continental breakfast, with a good choice of fruit, pastries, cereal and honey.
  All the staff at Kouros without exception are friendly, attentive and will do anything for you to make sure you have a fantastic holiday.
  George on reception was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to help us with a booking issue which was no fault of the hotel.
  This was our secong year staying at Kouros and we would recommend.

  Perfectly Peaceful Getaway with a Private Pool Surprise!
  
  We just returned from an incredible stay at this adults-only hotel in Rhodes and couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and relaxed. The cherry on top? We were given a complimentary upgrade to a stunning room with a private pool — an unexpected gesture that truly elevated our trip.
  
  The entire property exudes tranquility and is ideal for anyone looking to unwind. Whether we were lounging by our private pool or exploring the other serene pool areas, everything felt peaceful and beautifully maintained. The facilities were top-notch and never overcrowded, adding to the relaxing ambiance.
  
  Breakfast was another highlight — fresh, plentiful, and delicious. Special mention goes to their in-house baker: the pastries and sweets were absolutely divine. Every morning felt like a treat!
  
  All in all, a perfect escape. We’d happily return’s and highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a stylish, calm, and rejuvenating retreat in Rhodes.

  The quality of the rooms and the location were fantastic. The food choices were varied with many tasty dishes. The serving staff couldn’t do enough for us and I don’t know where the housekeepers learned their ’ninja’ styles, managing to complete quality cleaning around our lazy holiday timekeeping.
  George on reception couldn’t be more helpful whenever we had a question, be that about taxis, what’s on, towels on site info.
  I’m going back next June, 100%.
  
  What could be improved: The room we had, though very well presented, had something of an unexpected rustic feel. It wasn’t horrible but felt unfinished. I since found out they’d done this on purpose. Art is all about tastes and it didn’t spoil the ambience to mark it down.

  Great hotel, concept and decoration. Attention given in detail. All facilities as advertised. Friendly staff, especially Evellina at breakfast and Neil. The breakfast was superb with different fresh choices every day and really tasteful dishes! Clean room and great welcoming treats in the mini bar as well as chocolates, crisps and other sweet and savors to accompany the drinks on offer. Vaggelis or Vasilis (sorry cant recall) at the reception great and always welcoming and attended all our requests, even a few hours more as late check out.
  
  What could be improved: It would be good if the bathrooms were looked into as to the odour we experienced in different occasions, which though due to the overall experience it didn't really overshadow the whole picture.
