Here’s what I love about Theologos — it’s become this sort of unofficial kitesurf capital on Rhodes, and Kitesurf Paradise Studios is right in the thick of it. You’re literally minutes from Theologos Beach, which has some of the most consistent wind conditions on the island. I mean, there’s a reason couples rate the location 9.5 out of 10 — it’s not just about the kitesurfing (though that’s obviously huge). The area has this laid-back vibe that’s completely different from the busier resort strips. You’ve got authentic tavernas within walking distance, and the beach stretches for miles without feeling crowded.

The Studios

The accommodations are exactly what you’d expect from the name — studios that are clean, functional, and designed with active travelers in mind. Each unit has its own kitchenette, which honestly becomes essential when you’re spending long days on the water and just want to grab a quick bite. The layouts are smart, not cramped, and there’s enough space to spread out your gear (trust me, kitesurf equipment takes up more room than you think). Air conditioning works well, which you’ll appreciate after hours in the Greek sun, and the Wi-Fi is solid enough for uploading those action shots.

  It has a great view from the balcony and it was a pleasure to watch kite surfers every day.

  It was a great location, just a minute's walk from the beach. The apartment was very clean, and a great deal for that price.
  
  What could be improved: There wasn't any WIFI in the apartment. We only accessed the WIFI from the restaurant next door, and that only worked on the patio.

  the accommodation is excellent, spacious inside and out and very well equipped
  Apart from one nearby hotel with a nobody animation programme, it's a lovely quiet area, you can see the beach from the terrace and its a very short walk away. right next door is the lovely Marposa restaurant with very helpful staff. if you're onto kite surfing, the title is spot on: kite surfers paradise as the beach so close by is the kite surf station. Nice beach cafe bar there with sunloungers, beds and a pool
  
  What could be improved: I requested a sunlounger, which did not appear, and as we were trying to limit luggage I asked what toiletries were provided, was told there would be some, and there weren't. Minor, but adding up to a lack of interest by the owner, who then wanted to charge us for a,late checkout after admitting that the cleaner wouldn't come in til after our flight anyway. if you're not a kite surfer, there really is nothing to do, you can swim snd sunbathe but need to keep out of the surfers way, and there are only a very few shops snd restaurants. you'd need car for a trip longer than a couple of days.

  What could be improved: The apartment is already a bit old and some things are not working great anymore. The AC can't be adjusted so it was either too hot or way too cold in the room. The shower head is spreading water in all directions.
