You know what caught me off guard about Kappa Apartments? It’s right there on Ermou Street in the heart of Faliraki, but somehow they’ve managed to create this little oasis that doesn’t feel like you’re smack in the middle of all the tourist madness. I mean, you’re literally a two-minute walk from the main strip with all the bars and restaurants, but when you’re sitting on your balcony in the evening, it’s actually peaceful – which honestly, I wasn’t expecting.

The apartments themselves are pretty solid for a four-star place. The rooms are bigger than your typical hotel setup, which makes sense since they’re actual apartments with kitchenettes. Nothing fancy, but everything works and it’s clean – the kind of place where you can tell they actually care about maintenance instead of just slapping fresh paint over problems. The air conditioning is decent (crucial in July, trust me), and the beds are comfortable enough that I didn’t wake up feeling like I’d been wrestling with a pillow all night. What I really appreciated was the balcony space – most places give you this tiny ledge and call it a balcony, but here you can actually sit outside with your morning coffee and watch Faliraki wake up. There’s something oddly charming about seeing the street cleaners doing their thing before the day trippers arrive.

The location is honestly perfect if you want to be close to everything without being right in the thick of it. You’re close enough to walk to Anthony Quinn Bay – it’s maybe fifteen minutes if you don’t mind a bit of a hike, and honestly, it’s one of those spots that’s worth the effort. The main Faliraki beach is right there too, obviously, but here’s the thing locals know: go early morning or late afternoon to avoid the crowds. The staff at Kappa actually gave me some solid recommendations about timing, which was nice – they seem to know their stuff rather than just rattling off tourist brochures. Parking can be a bit tricky during peak season (we’re talking July-August madness), but there’s usually space if you’re not too picky about walking an extra block or two. Check-in was smooth, no drama, and they were pretty flexible about our late arrival from the airport. I’d definitely stay here again – it’s got that sweet spot of being convenient without feeling like you’re in a tourist factory.

  It was our second stay at Kappa at two consecutive years. Everything was perfect again. We had early check-in with a free upgrade to a one bedroom apartment. Flat was very well designed, had a kitchenette with all necessary equipment. We had a huge balcony and two AC’s. Bed was very comfortable. The cleaning lady kept our apartment very tidy everyday. Nikitas is a very kind owner. Last year, wifi was not working well, this year it was much better. Location is amazing, 3 min walk to beach and 1-2 min walk to best restaurants in Faliraki. A great cafe downstairs, a supermarket 200 meters away. Quite cheap comparing to the quality. Highly recommended.

  Nikitas the owner was very helpful and any issues we had were dealt with straight away. Overall I had a very good stay, the apartments were bright, spacious and comfortable, the shower was also very nice and the aircon worked well. The apartments are only 2 mins walk to the beach. I would stay at the apartments again if I was to stay in falaraki.
  
  What could be improved: The apartments are in the centre of the lively nightlife which is great for people that want to be in the centre of everything. There are bars/clubs on the doorstep and also there are plenty of restaurants are nearby. These apartments are not suitable for people that like early nights and sleeping early as you can hear some noise from nearby bars.

  the room was very nice and modern looking, it was in a great location just on the main road so was surrounded by lots of bars , restaurants, and retail shops .
  
  What could be improved: there wasn't any parking at the apartment, but wasn't to much of a problem as able to park nearby quite easily.

  Apartment was 100-200m from the beach, cant say precise, cleaning lady is very friendly, helpful. She can speak a bit of english and german, towels were new every day, bed sheets every few days.
  Owner reply on messages fast.
  Apartments are very close to few clubs, so expect heavy basses till midnight. It wasn't problem for me.
  
  What could be improved: There is absolutely nothing that I didn't like, I am coming definitely again.
