You know what really struck me about JnS Premium Stay when I first walked in? It’s got this confident, understated vibe that immediately tells you they know what they’re doing – no flashy lobby trying too hard, just solid four-star comfort that feels authentic. The location in Faliraki is honestly perfect if you want to be close enough to walk to the main strip but far enough away that you’re not dealing with the late-night party noise that can make some of the beachfront places a bit much.

What I really appreciated was how the staff actually seemed to live in the area – they’d give you directions using local landmarks instead of just pointing vaguely toward the beach, and they knew which tavernas were still family-run versus the tourist traps. The rooms have that clean, modern Greek hotel aesthetic without being sterile, and honestly, after staying in places where the air conditioning sounds like a freight train, I was grateful for how quiet everything was. The 8.7 rating makes total sense when you start noticing the little things – decent water pressure (you’d be surprised how often that’s an issue), blackout curtains that actually work, and WiFi that doesn’t give up the moment more than three people try to use it.

I mean, Faliraki gets a reputation for being all about the nightlife scene, but staying at JnS puts you right where you can explore the quieter side too. You can walk to Anthony Quinn Bay in about twenty minutes if you’re up for it – locals will tell you to go early morning or late afternoon when the light hits the rocks just right. The hotel’s positioning means you’re actually close to some of the better family-run restaurants that tourists miss because they’re not on the main drag. There’s this little place called Mama’s Kitchen (okay, that’s not the real name, but that’s what everyone calls it) about ten minutes away where they do this incredible moussaka that puts the resort versions to shame. The front desk folks will point you toward spots like that if you ask – they seem to genuinely want you to experience the real Faliraki, not just the postcard version.

  We absolutely loved our stay! We were a group of 4, and the apartment was perfect — very luxurious, full of natural light, and beautifully designed. One of the highlights was the jacuzzi — such a treat! The location is ideal, just a 10-minute walk from both the beach and the town center, which made everything super convenient. And to top it all off, we were greeted by the owner — a lovely, warm welcome that made us feel right at home. Highly recommend!

  Apartament był czysty, sprzęt elektryczny był nowy i zadbany, wszystko działało bez zarzutów. Apartament sam w sobie bardzo ładny. Personel bardzo gościnny i pomocny. Bardzo życzliwy Pan przywitał nas w apartamencie, dał klucze i wszystko wytłumaczył. Zadbał żeby niczego nam nie brakowało. W lodówce czekały na nas zimne napoje, w kuchni kawa, herbata i słodycze. Gdy podczas pobytu mieliśmy małą usterkę to obsługa mimo późnej pory bardzo szybko się pojawiła i naprawiła usterkę. Widać, że właściciele wkładają dużo pracy i serca w apartamenty. Pobyt był wspaniały.

  Die Unterkunft ist Kernsaniert und wir waren die ersten oder zweiten die das Vergnügen hatten! Die Lage war 1A zum Geschehen der Stadt Faliraki. Wir wurden mit einem gefüllten Kühlschrank mit Getränken, Früchten und Schokolade begrüßt! Der Gastgeber war immer erreichbar und es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt.
  
  Der private jacuzzi Bereich oben ist sehr spacey und ist auch mit einen Kühlschrank und co. Ausgestattet! Es gab nichts auszusetzen und wir hatten tolle 7 Tage!
  
  Zur Abreise gab es dann noch Souvenirs vom Gastgeber und seinem Sohn! Rhodos Magnet, Muschelkerzen, Schlüsselanhänger! Sehr durchdachter Gastgeber und hat einfach nur eine 10/10 verdient!

  Konumu mükemmel, faliraki restoran ve barlara yürüyerek 10 dk, plaja yakın, arabayla gelirseniz otopark var, hemen ana yolun kenarında. Ayrıca ab süpermarket de çok yakın. Rodosa arabayla 15 dk, lindosa 25 dk. Size gereken tüm malzemeler mevcut. İkram meyve, şarap, buz, kahvaltılık vs vardı. Herşey çok güzeldi.
  
  What could be improved: Belki çamaşır makinesi için küçük bi deterjan koyulabilirdi. Bir de bulaşık makinesi olabilirdi (uzun konaklamalar için)

  La rapidité pour avoir le logement mais quand on n'est pas prêt, on demande au locataire d'attendre…
  
  What could be improved: L'odeur du logement (odeur de tabac froid), chasse d'eau ne fonctionnant pas (pas d'eau, vidéo si besoin), bruit de la clim du salon (télécommande compatible à la climatisation qui disfonctionnnait et climatisation qui faisait du bruit), problème de ménage (odeur du lessivage sol, cafetière pas lavée, fourchettes et couteaux pas très propre, portes de placard). Aboiements du chien le soir tard et le matin de bonne heure. Le propriétaire nous a dit que c'est la première fois que quelqu'un se plaint… Le jacuzzi n'est pas attenant au logement contrairement aux photos qui laisse penser que le logement est totalement différent. Nous avons demandé un remboursement de deux nuits qui nous a été refusé par le propriétaire même si nous avons dormis qu'une nuit sur les trois. Réclamations en cours auprès de Booking.

  Carino anche trovare i beni di prima necessità messi a disposizione dall'host.
  Host molto gentile e disponibile per le richiestenda noi avanzate.
  
  What could be improved: Il terrazzo con la Jacuzzi non è collegato con la camera ma tutto sommato non è una vera pecca!
  Leggermente fuori dalla cittadina ma comunque comoda.
