You know what struck me first about Epsilon Hotel Apartments? It’s not actually in the thick of Faliraki’s party chaos – and honestly, that’s its biggest selling point. Sitting on Leoforos Kallitheas, you’re close enough to walk to the main strip when you want the action (maybe 10 minutes on foot), but far enough away that you can actually sleep at night without bass thumping through your walls. I mean, if you’ve been to Faliraki before, you know how rare that balance is.

The apartments themselves feel more grown-up than most places around here. We’re talking proper kitchenettes with decent-sized fridges – not those mini bar things that barely fit a yogurt. The balconies are actually usable too, with enough space for morning coffee without your knees hitting the railing. What I really appreciated was the air conditioning that actually works (you’d be surprised how many places skimp on this), and the fact that housekeeping doesn’t just dump fresh towels and call it a day. The whole place has this sort of residential vibe, like you’re staying in someone’s well-maintained apartment building rather than a generic hotel block.

Location-wise, you’re perfectly positioned if you want options. There’s this little bakery about three blocks down that locals hit up for spanakopita – way better than the tourist stuff near the beach. The main Faliraki beach is walkable, but honestly, if you’ve got a rental car (parking here is actually manageable, unlike closer to the center), you’re five minutes from some of the quieter coves that the day-trippers don’t bother with. Anthony Quinn Bay is right there, and early morning before the tour buses arrive? Absolutely stunning. The staff here seem to get that most guests aren’t first-time visitors to Rhodes – they’ll give you actual recommendations instead of just pointing you toward the obvious tourist traps. Check-in was smooth, no drama with the key cards, and they’ve got that relaxed Greek hospitality thing down without being overly chatty when you clearly just want to get to your room. It’s that sweet spot of professional but not stuffy, you know?

  Clean and spacious room. Friendly staff. Good gym. Nice outdoor swimming pool. Access to private beach and beach bar. Good wifi. Small supermarket in the ground floor. Short taxi ride or 30 minute walk to Faliraki town which has loads of restaurants and bars.

  This place was great value for moeny. The room was spacious and I believe we got an upgrade because we arrived on my birthday. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially with what' excursions areavailable around the island, someone at reception called a local tour company amd had us booked on a bought ride the next day as we came to Rhodes a bit unprepared.
  The location is near a beach that's located by the next hotel but there's a pool. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel to take you to Rhodos town or Faliraki.

  The staff first were absolutely lovely and so helpful our apartment was beautiful cleaned every day with fresh towels if you wanted them also fresh beach towels every day amazing views from. Our large balcony.
  My only disappointment with the apartment was the pool. it's so disappointing the pool was small, very little sunshine. We were just waking down there one day and didn't even sit down. So if you are a pool, people this is not the place for you unless you want the whole pool to your self now saying that we were just about a 2 minute walk to the beach which was absolutely amazing €8 per bed. Table service with absolutely excellent quality food. Now the food was priced OK but we got cute and brought our own bottle of watar from the shop for €1 instead of 4 at the beach but the service there was amazing you just presses a button at the table and they serve you there.
  Even tho we were staying in an self catering we did not cook inside. We had the option of eating in the hotel next to the bar. If you wanted, we were there twice, and it was beautiful.
  If you are a person who likes to walk along the beach and pop in somewhere for lunch or a beer that is not in this area, the more of the property around u are hotels and all-inclusive.
  Bus is straigh across the rd to Falaraki €4.00
  Or you can get a taxie of 3 of us was €8.00
  We hired a car for 6 days for €245.
  Would highly recommend we visit Lendos Rodhes Town and down around to all the lovely beaches we also took a boat trip to simi Island with was amazing
