It’s tucked into a residential-feeling block in Rhodes Town, and honestly, that’s part of its charm. The entrance is understated, almost like you’re visiting a friend’s well-appointed apartment building rather than checking into typical tourist accommodation. There’s something refreshingly unpretentious about the whole setup that immediately puts you at ease.

Location & Neighborhood

Here’s what I love about this spot — you’re actually in Rhodes Town, not some resort bubble on the outskirts. Filippon Street puts you within easy walking distance of the medieval Old Town (maybe 10 minutes if you’re taking your time), but you’re not dealing with the constant tourist crowds right outside your door. The neighborhood has that lived-in Greek feel where you’ll see locals going about their daily business. Plus, and this is huge for Rhodes, you get free parking here. Anyone who’s tried to park near the Old Town will tell you that’s worth its weight in gold.

The Space & Atmosphere

The rooms at ELiteDIMension feel more like modern apartments than hotel rooms — there’s a residential quality that makes longer stays actually comfortable. Everything’s clean and functional without trying too hard to impress. You know what struck me? The attention to practical details that matter when you’re actually living somewhere for a few days. Good lighting, decent storage space, and windows that actually open to let in that Mediterranean breeze. It’s not flashy, but it works really well for couples who want their own space to decompress between exploring sessions.

Getting Around Rhodes

From here, you can walk to most of what you’ll want to see in Rhodes Town — the Palace of the Grand Master, the Street of the Knights, all those winding medieval alleys. But you’re also positioned well if you want to explore the rest of the island by car. The main roads are easily accessible, and having that free parking means you can actually rent a car without the headache of figuring out where to leave it each night. I mean, try doing that if you’re staying right in the Old Town — good luck with that.

Why Guests Love It

Couples seem to really get what this place is about — it’s got that 8.0 location rating for good reason. You’re close enough to everything to feel connected to Rhodes Town, but far enough from the main tourist strips to have some peace and quiet when you want it. The whole setup feels more authentic than staying in a big resort, and you end up with a better sense of what life in Rhodes actually feels like.   Расположение апартаментов,все находится в шаговой доступности примерно идти до пляжа 10 мин,лидл в 12 мин пешком,старый город в 15 мминутах ходьбы..

  Everything was provided and the apartment facilities were very good. There's a good bus service to the port and the old town. The nearby 'super'market met all our food and drink needs. Local area is quiet.
  
  What could be improved: The bed was very low. Only 10 cm from the floor which is not a problem for young people but for less agile people, a bind.
  The lack of windows might also be problem, for some, also the lack of places to hang/dry damp towels.

  Wygodne łóżko, duży prysznic, pralka, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Spokojna okolica i bliskość sklepu oraz apteki.

  Sehr nette zuvorkommende Gastgeberin und Reinigungsfachkraft. Ruhig gelegen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe.
  Lage gut aber wir sind auch gut zu Fuß. Sind bis zur Altstadt ungefähr 40 min zu Fuß.
  sehr gute funktionierende Klimaanlage.
  Fliegengitter an allen Fenster.
  Badewanne im Schlafzimmer auch sehr witzig.
  
  What could be improved: Naja höchstens ein paar Kleinigkeiten aber die haben kein großes Gewicht.
  z.b. etwas wenig Geschirr, Kühlschrank mit ein paar Krümmel vom Vorgänger.
  ist aber alles meckern auf hohem Niveau.
  merkt man nur wenn man wirklich penibel ist.

  The apartment has any comfort you might need from a complete kitchen to the laundry machine up until a bath tub in the bedroom! The place is in a residential area which guarantees a local experience including close local grocery shops opened until late night. It is 10-15 minutes Both from the center and from Kallithea beaches.
  
  What could be improved: The neightborood is not super fancy but in Rhodes you need a car anyway.
