Look, I’ve stayed at a lot of places in Rhodes, and Elements Villas honestly surprised me in the best way. It’s tucked away on that winding road between Lardos and Lindou – you know, the one that makes you question your GPS for about ten minutes before you realize you’re exactly where you need to be. The location is actually perfect because you’re close enough to Lindos to pop over for sunset photos (seriously, do this), but far enough from the crowds that you can hear cicadas instead of tour buses at night.

What struck me first was how the villas are designed – they’re not trying to be some generic Mediterranean fantasy. The architecture feels authentic, like it belongs in this landscape of olive groves and sun-baked stone. Each villa has its own personality, which I mean, sounds cheesy, but it’s true. Mine had this incredible terrace where I ended up spending most mornings with coffee, watching the light change on the hills. The interiors are thoughtfully done too – modern amenities without that sterile hotel feel. The kitchenette actually works (I made pasta one night when I was too tired to venture out), and there’s proper storage space, which you’d be surprised how many places skimp on.

The staff deserves a mention because they strike that perfect balance between helpful and not hovering. Maria at reception gave me directions to this little taverna in Lardos village that I never would have found otherwise – tiny place, no tourists, incredible lamb. That’s the kind of local knowledge that makes a difference. The pool area is where this place really shines though. It’s not huge, but it doesn’t need to be. There are enough loungers, the water’s always clean, and there’s this lovely quiet energy during the day. I noticed they keep the music low, which honestly, after some of the party-heavy places I’ve stayed, felt like a gift. Parking is straightforward too – sounds boring, but when you’re dealing with a rental car on narrow Greek roads, you appreciate not having to parallel park on a cliff edge. The 9.4 rating makes sense once you’re there. It’s not flashy or over-the-top, but everything works seamlessly, and you get the sense that someone actually cares about the details. If you’re looking for a base to explore this part of Rhodes without the tourist circus, Elements Villas gets it right.

  Loved the whole villa. Decor, layout, position of villa all amazing. Most things we needed were there.

  Amazing views. Infinity pool. Beautiful villa. Would highly recommend. Hosts and property manager very helpful. Comfy beds, soft pillows. Great air con which was much needed. Stylish interior. Comfy pool loungers.
  
  What could be improved: Lots of Ants which can’t be helped in hot climates and property manager sorted it as soon as we made them aware. Good 10 minute walk to town but on a busy road so need to be mindful.

  The property was beautiful. Lisa did everything and more to make us feel welcomed. The Villa is so picturesque and in a lovely location. We hired and car and it was about a 10 minute drive down to Lindos. We can’t wait to go back!

  The Villa was amazing . The view was out of this world and although this meant that there was steep hill to negotiate , it was worth it .In villa facilities were fine , rooms comfortable and spacious .There were two restaurants very local which were good and we traveled to other villages by taxi which were reasonable and prompt
  The local rep ( Lisa ) was very helpful throughout with recommendations etc
  
  What could be improved: We might have expected a more extensive welcome food pack as we arrived late afternoon and some bread and snack type food would have been helpful.
  There were also no equipment instructions – in particular TV and Cooker – and although I know most people will go to internet for help that doesn't appeal to all

  The villa was lovely. Spacious and well fitted out. The pool was amazing and bigger than we had expected. Beds were really comfortable and linen and towels all good quality. Lisa was really helpful and quick to respond.
  
  What could be improved: The property had obviously only just been finished and there were a few things not yet complete on our arrival and someone had to come and fix them whilst we were there.
