Hotel Description

You know what struck me first about Dias Studios & Suites? It’s right there on Main Street in Faliraki, but somehow it doesn’t feel like you’re in the middle of all that touristy chaos. I mean, you’re literally a two-minute walk from those beach bars everyone talks about, but the place has this surprisingly calm vibe once you’re inside.

The rooms are honestly better than I expected for a 4-star spot – and that 8.8 rating makes total sense once you’ve stayed there. The suites actually feel like suites, not just regular rooms with a fancy name slapped on them. What I really appreciated was the kitchenette setup; it’s not huge, but it’s thoughtfully arranged so you can actually make breakfast without bumping into everything. The balconies are decent too, though if you’re on the street side you’ll catch some noise from the late-night crowd heading back from Anthony Quinn Bay (which is gorgeous, by the way, and walkable if you don’t mind a bit of a trek).

Here’s the thing about staying on Main Street in Faliraki – location is everything, and Dias gets it right. You’re close enough to walk to that little bakery that opens ridiculously early (perfect for beach picnics), plus you can hit the main beach without needing to figure out the bus situation. The staff actually knows the area well too, which sounds obvious but you’d be surprised how often that’s not the case. They pointed me toward this family-run taverna about ten minutes inland that I never would’ve found otherwise. Parking can be a bit tight during peak season – honestly, most places in Faliraki have that issue – but they do have spots available, and the front desk will sort you out. Check-in was smooth, no weird delays or confusion about reservations. The whole operation just feels… competent, I guess? Like they’ve figured out how to run a hotel without making it complicated for guests.

  Honestly this must be one of the best individual hotels I have ever had the pleasure to stay in.The private pool suite room we had was amazing, perfectly formed room and fantastic shower.The room had everything you needed and more.Cleaned everyday also great service and all, of the staff are so nice. Breakfast suited for all tastes and very good local quality. The hotel main pool area had private cabanas (no charge) loads of sun beds also available.
  The owners definitely have a hidden gem. Definitely recommend you all to go 10/10.

  We were very satisfied with our stay! The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were cleaned every day, and the breakfasts were excellent. The staff took great care of both the surroundings and the pool – it’s clear they really care about the place and their guests. Everyone was very kind and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated having a parking spot available. Highly recommended!

  Breakfast is very fair, you have everything that you need to eat well in the morning and start your day from Eggs bacon to cake biscuits, apple juice coffee, tea, cheese. Everything was good, and they refill it when it is empty and quickly.
  The big poo i did not use as we took the room with the private pool which we enjoyed so so much I am in love.
  The bathroom of our room is spacious and clean, and they come everyday to clean and change the towels.

  Perfect location only 10/15min walk to all bars/restaurants/beach. Room was cleaned daily & towels, bedding & dressing gowns were changed daily. Staff were really friendly. Pool was well maintained & clean. Breakfast was good as there was a small decent selection. Fridge/Freezer in the room is a decent size. We will 100% return to this hotel again.
  
  What could be improved: No wardrobe however there was a small clothes rail for hanging some clothes, This wasn't a big deal for us as we just lived out of our case. Our pool/outdoor ambient lights at night weren't working however there were a couple of outdoor lights that did come on once our key was in for electricity. Again this wasn't a big issue.

  The hotel is located in Faliraki only a few minutes walk to the beach & beach front restaurants, with a close bus stop that will take you around the island (Rodos, Lindos etc!) truly a great location to stay in!
  
  The staff were so helpful in helping us book excursions & calling taxis for us. A huge shoutout to Savas for his kindness and taking us to Faliraki beach when we were a little lost one day- they truly go the extra mile for their visitors! Incredible service😁
