It’s one of those rare finds where the name actually undersells it. “Cosy Apartment” sounds like something you’d scroll past, but honestly – this spot on Ernest Bevin Street is pretty much perfectly positioned for anyone who wants to actually experience Rhodes rather than just pass through it.

The location is what locals call the sweet spot – close enough to the medieval Old Town that you can hear the gentle hum of evening conversations drifting over the ancient walls, but far enough that you’re not dealing with the cruise ship crowds tramping past your window at 7 AM. I mean, you’re literally a five-minute walk from Mandraki Harbour where those famous deer statues stand guard, and maybe eight minutes to slip through the gates into the Old Town’s maze of cobblestone streets. The thing is, once you’re back at the apartment after a day of exploring, you actually feel like you’re in a residential neighborhood where people live, not just a tourist zone.

What really gets me about this place is how the owners seem to understand what travelers actually need. The apartment itself has that lived-in comfort – not sterile hotel perfection, but genuinely cozy in a way that makes you want to grab some local wine and cheese from the market and just settle in for the evening. The 4-star rating feels right; it’s not trying to be luxury, but everything works properly and there’s clearly attention to detail. From what I could tell, they’ve thought about practical stuff too – you know, decent water pressure, reliable WiFi, kitchen basics that aren’t just for show. And parking around there isn’t the nightmare you’d expect so close to the center, though I’d still recommend asking about spots when you book.

Here’s the thing about Rhodes Town that makes this location even better – the whole area comes alive differently throughout the day. Mornings are quiet and perfect for coffee runs, afternoons get lively with locals doing their shopping, and evenings… well, you’re close enough to everything but removed enough that you can choose your own adventure. Want to wander into the Old Town for dinner? Easy. Prefer to grab fresh seafood down at the harbor? Even easier. Feel like just staying in and listening to the sounds of the neighborhood?   Прекрасное жилье. Есть все необходимое и даже больше. Стиральная и сушильная машины, посудомойка, оборудована кухня. Удобные кровати и шторы блек-аут. Кондиционер в каждой комнате. Хозяин был любезен и разрешил нам заселиться раньше. Ключи забрали без проблем. В комнате чисто. Рядом супермаркет и лавка с овощами.

  хорошая квартира, отдыхать комфортно.
  расположение -10 минут пешком до старого города.
  хозяева позаботились о маленьком ребёнке, кровать родительская была с бортиками, и манеж был, хоть в заказе мы не просили.
  даже кресло автомобильное нашлось)

  Ο κ. Μιχάλης ήταν πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετικός και ευγενικος. Το διαμέρισμα είναι όπως τις φωτογραφίες. Πεντακάθαρο και σε ήσυχη πολυκατοικία και περιοχή. Η τοποθεσία είναι κοντά σε όλα. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα ειδικά σε οικογένειες.
  
  What could be improved: Το μόνο αρνητικό σε " " είναι το μπάνιο που χρειάζεται μια γυάλινη πόρτα για να μην βγαίνουν τα νερά έξω.

  Квартира отличная, красивая, прекрасно обставленная и оборудованная, нас было двое, но там с удобством могут разместиться несколько человек. Все зоны хорошо продуманы, два балкона. В ванне есть и душевая кабина и ванна.
  Кухня отличная, удобная. Хороший дом с лифтом, рядом большой супермаркет, есть другие магазинчики и закусочные. Район спокойный . Порт и Старый город- легко дойти пешком. Замечательный хозяин! Таксист привез неправильно – Тасос до нас дозвонился и Деспойна помогла добраться до места и заселиться. Потом Евдокия по его просьбе помогла нам с такси при отъезде. Удивительно гостеприимные люди, самые теплые впечатления

  Η τοποθεσία, έχεις δίπλα σου ο,τι θες (σούπερ μάρκετ, μανάβικο,καφέ κλπ) και 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την είσοδο της παλιάς πόλης! Επίσης πολύ κοντά στο λιμάνι για εξορμήσεις στα νησιά!
